Orlando Shooting

The latest information is that at least 50 people were killed in a gay nightclub and the suspect has been identified as Omar Mateen, a US citizen, born in NYC and licensed to carry a gun in NY.  Now, it appears from initial reports that he was on the monitoring list of the FBI for writings he has made on social media.  The statement from the FBI agent in charge in Orlando early this morning indicated that this was being investigated as an Islamic Terrorist attack.  I guess this agent can kiss his job goodbye since the latest statement he made at 10:30 AM was that we cannot jump to conclusions.   Valerie Jarrett probably called him with threats.  For those of us that have been following ISIS reports we know they slaughter gays and lesbians they encounter as they take over territory.  ISIS also has called for attacks in the US during Ramadan, there holy month.  I am not sure if they meant holy or putting bullet holes in people. But, we can say from the initial reports, that this individual appears to have been trained in carrying out this attack. 

It has been reported that approximately 53 people have been sent to various hospitals from wounds suffered in this shooting and the number of deaths may increase. 

We also know that our great leader in the White House and his lap dog, Hillary, will not call this shooting an act of Islamic Terrorism but are probably searching the internet for a video that they will claim was the impetus for this terrorist attack.  Then again, what difference does it make?  I am sure, both the Obama administration, Hillary and other socialist democrats will claim the NRA, gun dealers, gun right advocates as well as 2^nd Amendment advocates, Tea Party Members and other conservative organizations are responsible for this terrorist attack.  Definitely, they will call this a hate crime, but not admit it is what Islam preachers.  Maybe even Donald Trump due to his rhetoric on suspending Muslims from entering our country until they have been properly identified (vetted) over just letting potential terrorist entering without any review.  They will claim The Donald and republicans preach hate.  Political correctness gone amok.

But what we do know, is that political correctness has been the driving force behind our government’s lack of aggressive actions against those that use social media to imply or promote violent attacks in the United States.  This is why we need a change of the occupancy party in the White House, or things will get worse and we will make the terror attacks we have been seeing in Europe, a small event compared what these terrorist have plan for the United States, whom they call the great Satan.  We do not shoot, behead, burn or blow up those who are of other religious faiths, and they have the audacity to call us the great Satan.  They are followers of Satan and are using their radical religion that in reality is an ideology, as a means to justify their ends.  Only 15% of Islam is a religion, the rest is an ideology that demands the death to those who are not followers.  

Speaking out against Radical Islamic Terrorism is what we need from our White House.  However, we know our great leader will claim guns are the problem at some point in his speech.  He will say anything but the truth.   The only way to protect yourself from terrorism is own a gun.  Police cannot respond to any violent incident instantaneously, so your only protection is a gun.  That is why the Founding Fathers gave us the 2nd Amendment, base on the action of King George III that was attempting to take guns away from Americans, at that time British subjects.  Take shooting classes and become competent in using a gun and then purchase one.  Police cannot be everywhere.  A competent and well trained citizen is the best protection against violent threats, whether an individual crime or a terrorist attack.  Get trained and know when you can and cannot use a gun for protection.
