Your vote does not count

We see and hear in California, Chicago, Pennsylvania, where they are using all types of trickery to get driver’s licenses and ID cards to ILLEGALS with the move to have them register to vote.  In Florida, for voting registration all you have to do is fill out the form and check off you are a citizen without a background check.  In Chicago, Rahm Emmanuel understands he has an extremely low rating and had decided to issue ID cards with the intention of having illegals register to vote. Pennsylvania is issuing the driver’s license with the same purpose and California is doing anything they can think of to get illegals registered to vote.

So, if you are a citizen, the Marxist Democratic Party is more interested in catering to illegals over citizens.  Give illegals anything government can provide to get their vote.  However, what is most amazing they may get away with it, unless the Federal Government and citizens become outraged.  Our country will be controlled by illegals since the number that the Marxist Democrats can get to register, will change election results and these democrats could care less.  Do you care? 

It is all about Political Correctness and Hollywood

We are learning in drips and drabs more about the school shooting in Florida and what we learn is not good.  It appears the Broward School Superintendent brought to Broward County a program he started in Chicago known as The Promise.   Basically, students that commit crimes or engage in criminal activity while in school, law enforcement will not be notified and law enforcement will not enter the school to arrest a student.   A program designed in Chicago primarily aimed at black students to keep the crime stats down. This policy was embraced by the school district and enforced by the Broward County Sheriff.  We might add the Broward County Sheriff Dept. reflects the views and policies of the sheriff.  We must feel for the good deputies who suffer under these policies.

The NRA seems to be the main focus of these radical leftist and not Hollywood.  Hollywood produces violent movies that solve all problems with a gun.  Violent video games do the same, yet the radical leftist say nothing.  The NRA does not promote violence, but gun safety.  The radical leftist receive funding from Hollywood.  The NRA gets their funding from the American people.  And now we know the rest of the story. 

United Air Lines and their boycott of NRA

It is interesting that United Air Lines will boycott the NRA that teaches gun safety and is a protector of the 2^nd Amendment, but will continue to support Planned Parenthood that supports the killing of the babies in the womb.  The NRA does not kill people.  Contrary to the fake news media, none of these shooters were NRA members.  The radical left Marxist Democrats want to take over the country, but they need to disarm the people to accomplish their agenda.  Once the people are disarmed, government takes complete control as we see today in Venezuela, Cuba, and North Korea.  These are great examples on how successful socialism/Marxism has been for these countries.

21 to own a gun?

We lowered the voting age from 21 to 18 since 18 year olds were in the military getting their heads blown off and not involved in the political process.

So, if we raise the age to 21 to own a gun, then should we also raise the age to vote since we are telling 18 year olds, they are not responsible enough to own a gun.  This logic would say they are not responsible to vote.  Maybe, not responsible to serve in the military either until they are 21. 

It is not the 2^nd Amendment that is the issue in these shootings, but those doing the shooting. It seems mental health is the issue, but people do not want to raise this issue when they can attack the NRA and 2^nd Amendment.

Listening to the rhetoric after the Florida shooting, guns must be removed from citizens.  Then only the criminals will have guns since they already have acquired them illegally.  The Florida shooter got his gun legally since nobody was willing to come forward and press the mental health issue.  God forbid we identify a person we suspect having a mental health issue for fear of blowback. 

It is not the NRA

Since the shooting in the Florida school, the usual suspects together with their radical Marxist democrats have taken the opportunity to blame the NRA for this shooting all other shootings in the past few years.  But, what is missing is that the NRA does not teach violence, does not teach using a gun to kill for the sake of killing to resolve issues. However, they do teach gun safety, firearm training and respect for all types of firearms as well as support for the 2^nd Amendment. 

However, we might add that Hollywood and the shows on TV do teach violence that resolves all problems and this is what our children grow up learning.  We might also add the violent video games that many children cannot leave home without their machine to view these violent games.  But, Hollywood and their Marxist friends must accuse the NRA and their supporters on all shootings.  They want you to listen to what they say and not what they do since they like to claim they are experts.

These same called experts and their leftist democratic elected officials, the so called other experts, have failed to examine the facts on the Florida shooting, but instead have engaged in their usual expected rhetoric on the blame game, without looking in the mirror first. 

The Florida shooter, Nikolas Cruz, was on the radar of the Broward Sheriff’s department for a few years, the school board and the school administrators, but in order to embrace political correctness they did not want to offend and the end result, 17 people died and let the blame game begin.  The FBI was notified of this shooter’s behavior and his social media articles, but did not follow up on their investigation.  However, most of the blame must fall on the Sheriff’s Department for their inaction on all the reports they received, the nonfeasance of four deputies that borders on malfeasance.   We might add, the sheriff himself should either resign or be terminated for failure to do his job as the elected official to properly supervise his department. 

This sheriff had known that four of his officers failed to act appropriately through viewing the video tapes, but never said anything, hoping nobody would know.  Now, we must ask for the release of the video tapes and the audio recordings of his department’s communication from the initial call through the entire episode.  I am sure that will provide valuable information on the inaction of his officers and why they failed to perform. 

So, rather than hide valuable information from the public, I demand the release of the video and audio from the day of the shooting as well as all the reports filed in the sheriff’s department response to calls concerning Nickolas Cruz. 

We must also review the internal policies of the school district and the school administration.  The NRA had nothing to do with this shooting and to hide the real cause of this tragedy, the NRA has become the scapegoat.

Children and Families, must also bear a certain responsibility for not responding appropriately to all the reports on Nickolas Cruz, and have him Baker Acted for further evaluation.  It has been reported that Mr. Cruz engaged in self-inflicted injury to himself and this is a strong indication of a cry for help that again is a clear indication of a mental health issues.   Yet nothing was done, he kept his guns and we now know the end of this story.  This was a failure of various agencies to respond and the consequences are 17 dead people.

This cannot and should not be covered up and any state official, sheriff, county administrator, school district or school administrator that attempts to do so, should be brought up on criminal charges.  No exceptions. 

The release of the video and audio recordings will not in any way affect this investigation or the charges filed against Nickolas Cruz and any one that claims otherwise is attempting to cover-up this tragedy hoping so save their ass.

I'm THRILLED with what he's doing for my nation, for the cause of Christ (whether intentional or unintentional, doesn't matter to me), and for the concept of rebuilding America and putting her FIRST. I will not be ashamed of my position because others don't see him through the same lens. 

Should it matter to me if a fireman drops an f-bomb while he's pulling me from a burning building? Would I really care about what came out of his mouth in those moments? Heck no! I'd CARE about what he was DOING. He wasn't sent there to save my soul and I'm not looking to him for spiritual guidance. All I'm thinking in those moments is, "Thank you, Jesus, for sending the fireman."

The Communist News Network Forum

Yesterday, the Communist News Network, AKA Clinton News Network, AKA CNN had a forum with Sen. Rubio and Dana Loesch, the NRA spokesperson that was obvious from the beginning was a set up to advance the anti-gun, anti-2^nd Amendment and throw outrageous insults against Sen. Rubio and Dana Loesch, among others. 

Although, the shooting was a tragedy that from all reports should have been averted, but due to a failure the FBI and the local law enforcement and a very complicated mental health system, we had the death of 17 people and multiple wounded. 

So, before the bodies were cold, we had the usual rant from the anti-gun and 2^nd Amendment radicals without a discussion on the real issue, mental health and a failure in the background checks.  The Shooting at the church in Texas is a prime example of the screw up when the shooter received a dishonorable discharge from the military as well as a record of threats made against his wife that were documented but not reported to the proper agency.  So, if there is no record, a background check will not disclose anything.  The same with the shooter in Florida.  We must tighten reporting procedures on reports of radical behavior of individuals.  Since the FBI has various units to address national issues, gangs, terrorist etc., we need a unit that can investigate and address reports similar to what was made on the Florida shooter so the information is not just placed in a cylinder file.

But in the Communist News Network forum we had accusations made against Sen. Rubio and Dana Loesch that they were responsible for the shooting.  The typical left line of lies and accusations that are made and CNN used these students as pawns to advance their agenda.  If one was to question these students why we have a 2^nd Amendment, you can rest assured they would not know the answer.  Probably, many of the democrats and some republicans could not answer either. 

The gun whether a rifle or handgun is not the problem, but the person using the weapon.  In all these school shootings, mental health issues were at the forefront of why.  We, as a society, need to reexamine our mental health procedures so those individuals exhibiting radical behavior that may border on possible aggressive behavior, needs to be addressed, reported and investigated and any weapon that they may have access too, must be removed or secured to avoid the individual gaining access.

The NRA, President Trump and his administration is not the problem.  The NRA teaches gun safety and believes in the 2^nd Amendment for the protection of all citizens.  As we are hearing in the news media today, the NRA are murders, Trump is a murder and all guns should be confiscated.  Confiscation of weapons is precisely what the Marxist Democrats have been striving for over the past 50 plus years.  Take the guns away from the citizens and government gains complete control.  It worked in Hitler’s Germany and present day on Venezuela as well Cuba among others.   

Preventing a person less than 21 from purchasing a weapon is another idea being floated about without actually examining the consequences.  Originally, only those who attained the age of 21, could vote in our national elections, until a push for a change to 18 years old since you can be in the military and in a combat role and not able to vote.  The same applies here.  At 18 you can serve, go to a foreign country, engage in combat, but at home cannot own a weapon even though in the military you have been trained in all kinds of weaponry.   So, at 20 years old, you come out of the military and are told you cannot own a pistol or rifle.  So, maybe if you enter the military at 18, we give you a water pistol and send you into a combat zone to kill the enemy since you are not 21 or you cannot enter the military unless you are 21.  How would that affect our Military Academies?  Sounds a bit weird, but this is the logic being pushed today.  Common sense need not apply.  Then again, has anything Pelosi and Schumer said lately make sense.  This is what socialism/Marxism gets you.  Not logical, but that is today’s Democratic Party and their leftist friends. 

By the way, nobody has addressed Hollywood movies and video games that solve all their problems with a gun.  This is what our kids today grow up viewing and their brains digest that violence will solve whatever problems they may have.  It works in the movies and why not real life.

So now, the dimwit congresswomen has now changed her talk on the Trump tax cuts from crumbs to being unpatriotic.   Imagine that, getting more of your hard earned money in your paycheck is not patriotic.  This only goes to show how far left the former Democratic Party has gone to become the socialist/Marxist party.  Yes, the party of JFK is not what it was in the 50’s and 60’s, but has become the Karl Marx party where they believe what you believe is yours is not, but actually belongs to the government.  Government will control your life and dictate what you can and cannot do.  Just like we are witnessing in today’s Venezuela, that is today’s representation of how great socialism and Marxism can be.  Starvation, inflation, high unemployment and the list goes on.  What was once a vibrant and the richest country in South America is now displaying the true and actual results of how great socialism and Marxism is.  Unfortunately, socialism and Marxism are being taught in our schools by far left professors and the students are falling for all the hype of this failed ideology. 

This is what Obama meant when he wanted to “Transform the United States of America”.  What some do not know is that Obama was raised a communist by his mother, grandparents and his mentor Frank Marshal Davis.  Just Google Frank Marshal Davis and you will understand Obama’s ideology.   But, I might add, Obama’s close live-in adviser, Valerie Jarrett’s father was a supporter of Mr. Davis.  So, what you had is a Marxist president and his close adviser was also a Marxist.  The history is out there, just have to research.  Mr. Davis moved from California to Chicago and began to publish a communist newspaper and also had a very thick FBI folder.   Just saying.  And this is what we have that has taken over the Democratic Party. 

So, if you believe that government should control your life and not you, welcome to the new Democratic Party.  However, if you believe in less government and what is yours should remain yours, do not vote for any democrat for your safety and the safety of your family.  Granted some republicans in Congress are more concerned about getting elected and will do anything to get re-elected, push for another constitutional candidate to run against both.

The future of our country is at stake and if the socialist/Marxist gain power, if will take us 70 to 100 years to recover and we will never be what we are or in certain instances, were. 

Time to open up your eyes, unplug your ears and use your brain.

The Gun Debate

Here we go again with every shooting the liberals, socialist and their democratic friends (is there a difference?) bring up the need for gun control.  

The problem as we all know is not the weapon, but the person with the weapon.  In the latest shooting and others of similar tragic events, we learn after the event, the shooter had mental health issues that were not addressed properly.  But, since most states have closed many of their mental health institutions and have not provided another way to confine on a temporary basis, those that exhibit irrational behavior that may seem to demonstrate a mental health problem.  As usual, political correctness and civil liberties raises its ugly head and nothing gets done. 

Under Florida law, Nikolas Cruz was Baker acted in 2016, but was released and not confined.  Of course, since most of the state mental health facilities have been closed, only a private facility may have taken Cruz, which brings in to question who pays, the family that did not have the funds or the state.  So, rather than detain this person for further examination, he was released back into the community. (my view)  Nikolas Cruz showed the signs of a person reaching out for help when he was self-mutilating himself, but Fl. Dept. of Children and Families did not recommend confinement for further examination. 

From the FBI, the local law enforcement and the State of Florida, mistakes were made and they must be corrected quickly to prevent another tragedy of this type.

In Florida, the Baker Act law says that your child can be removed from school for involuntary psychiatric examination without the knowledge or consent of the parent.  The school is only required to notify a parent after an involuntary examination has been initiated.   Once you child is sent for an involuntary psychiatric examination, your child can be held for 12 hours without your consent.

So, this law can create problems for all involved and may be the reason many times it is not used fully.  I understand the Florida State Legislature is in session now, and they should address the Baker Act to see if changes are needed to conform to a person freedoms as well as the safety of others.  A tough decision and debate, but this must be done.

It is not just Florida, but all 50 states as well. 

What these liberals are not telling you is that they do not want you to own any rifle or handgun.  This way the government can be ensured of having more control over us.  Our Founding Fathers knew this from their experience with King George III who had the British confiscating weapons from the colonist to prevent an uprising.  That is the main reason we have a 2^nd Amendment that must be cherished forever.  However, the democrats and their socialist partners do not believe in the 2^nd Amendment and would prefer as some in the Supreme Court and lower courts have demonstrated with their decision, that our constitution is a living breathing document and changes over time.  However, our Founders believed if in the future changes had to be made to the constitution, they gave us a way to do this through a constitutional convention.  But, the democrats and their socialist garbage know that will not be a successful route for them to take, so they make sure they appoint judges that will interpret the constitution as they see fit.  This is a dangerous precedent and the outcome actually means that the constitution can be interpreted to mean whatever one wants it to be, unless of course the interpretation runs contrary to what the socialist democrats want.  Then they scream the constitution, the constitution.

Again, the 2^nd Amendment is not the problem, it is the person with the weapon.  If those who believe the 2^nd Amendment is the problem, then we might as well ban automobiles, knives, machetes, baseball bats, lumber all of which can be used as a weapon.  I guess we could add pressure cookers and fertilizer.  This only proves it is the person or persons, not the weapon.

The 13 indictments of Russians, Obama and Medvedev.

It is interesting that while we are all interested in the Florida shooting, low and behold Deputy Director of the DOJ, Rosenstein speaks about the indictment of 13 Russians for interfering with our election.  Those of us with a brain knew that there was no Trump Russian collusion, based on reports during 2016 and a statement by the then President Obama in December 2016 that Russia did not change any votes in our election.  But what we did lean from Rosenstein was Russia was engaged in this action since 2014 and we know who was president during that time.  So, this bring into suspicion the overheard conversation in 2012 between President Obama and the president of Russia, Dmitry Medvedev, when Obama was heard saying “after the election I will have more flexibility”.  Now what did Obama mean by that?  More cooperation with Russia in allowing them to attempt to alter our elections?  I am just saying since only a few years before we had the Uranium One deal that made Hillary rich through her Clinton Criminal Foundation by $145 million.  We might add that Obama became rich enough during his two terms that he was able to purchase three homes, one in Washington DC, Palm Springs and Hawaii.  Not bad for a person that was not rich when he entered office in 2008.  Obama did nothing when Russia invaded the Ukraine and other incursions by Russia into other countries.  We know, Obama, Hillary and the democrats wanted to remain in power for years and to do that they had to make sure they would win elections.  

If Hillary had been elected, we would never had known what we are learning about the corruption in the DOJ, FBI and our intelligence agencies to defeat an opposition candidate and if the opposition was elected to perform a silent coup.  Our constitution would have been destroyed and we would have become a country where government power dictated to the people what we can and cannot do, better known as a police state. 

It appears the FBI was so intent on conspiring to get Trump removed from office, that they could not or did not apply enough agents, energy or effort in investigating the Florida shooter.  Then again, they could not connect the dots on the World Trade Center, Connecticut shooting, Orlando shooting, Tennessee shooting, San Bernardino shooting, Boston marathon bombing and if we investigated a little more, we would probably find more. Oh year, due to political correctness, most government agencies ignored the warning signs of the Ft. Hood shooting. 

Based on what DOJ Sessions said this week, there are 27 violations of government policy on leaking confidential information that are all felonies.  So, now we wait and see if people will be arrested and charged or will the swamp win another one.  

It is nice to hear that no American cooperated with the Russians on their attempt to create havoc in our election process.  Although, from the fake news media and the democrats all we heard was impeach Trump, I guess we can say that creating havoc, the Russians were successful.  So, now the democrats and fake news media are looking for other charges that can place on Trump in the vain attempt to remove him from office before the ceiling caves in on the establishment and we all learn on the corruption in government.  But, they will be exposed and Trump is not going anywhere.

The Florida School Shooting

We have again another school shooting where at least 17 students and teachers have been killed.  Now, many ask how could this happen?  Right away, the usual suspects start their chant that we need gun control.  This was led by Sen. BAN (Bill A-Hole Nelson) who throws out the liberal lines that we need gun control.  Yet when you asked these same individuals how gun control could have prevented this incident, they cannot answer, but go off with their usual rhetoric.  Controlling guns is not the answer, preventing those with criminal records or displaying mental health issues from purchasing weapons is the answer.  But, if nobody knows, nothing can be done. 

What we have learned so far from this shooting and other school shootings is that many of the students were aware that the former student had issues.  In fact, if you listen to what some of the students were saying the evening of this shooting, the students were communicating with each other about the shooter and how some were not surprised by this shooter’s actions.  Yet, it also appears, rather than inform their parents, teachers or law enforcement, nothing was done.  Again, what this shooter wrote on social media was known by the students, but so far, unknown to those who may have been able to address the issues this shooter was expressing in his writings.  The phrase that we have been hearing since 9/11, “If you see something, say something,” was not used.

But, it was reported the FBI was alerted to an individual on social media by a 36-year-old YouTube video blogger from Mississippi, about a web site where the writer indicated he wanted to get involved in a school shooting.  But the FBI is claiming they could not track down the writer.  All they needed to do was get a search warrant to obtain the IP address.  The information in the web site would have been enough to obtain the warrant.  However, this was not done.  Yet, they had no problem obtaining warrants from the FISA court with less collaborating information.  Go figure.  The FBI has excellent agents, but like any occupation, maybe some have lost their zeal to the job.  But, then again, if Comey, McBride, Sally Yates and others knew, they could have manufactured details to obtain a warrant.  But, excuse me, I digress. 

If the anti-gun crowd really wants to restrict gun possession then they should push for a constitutional amendment to change the 2^nd Amendment.  But this would require 34 states to call for a constitutional amendment and 38 states to pass an amendment.  But these liberals would rather go to court and find a sympathetic judge that may illegally order gun restrictions that is usually overruled by other courts or the Supreme Court as happened in the past. 

However, these same anti-gun advocates will not address the Hollywood violent movies where guns are used to resolve issues.  In addition we have the violent video games that again have guns resolving issues.  So, this is the world our children grow up in, violence solving issues.  This especially important when children today do not communicate face to face but through an electronic device.

Mental health issues must also be addressed and those that display potential mental health problems, whether student or adult, should not have access to weapons until a complete mental evaluation has been established.  Additionally, guns in homes of these individuals should be secured to prevent access.  Since this becomes a political correct issue on identifying a person who may have mental health issues and may object, but state legislatures should be addressing this issue. 

These shootings also occur in gun free zones.  Schools, movie theaters, malls or even churches where these gunmen are aware that guns will not be present. 

Finally, we are removing God from our schools and our lives and when God is removed, evil moves in. We are losing all respect for human life from the womb to old age and when the senior becomes a burden on society, we just euthanize them and problem solved.  Our country was founded with God as the center of our life and we need to return to God.  When we have a TV show titled “Lucifer”, another name for Satan, we see we are heading down the wrong road.  Our country will not survive without God in our lives.  Evil is replacing God and evil is growing as we are witnessing. 

With God, all things are possible, without God, evil is sure to thrive.

Conspiracy to destroy our country

With the election of Donald Trump, we now learning just about every day how the Obama administration was using government agencies to spy on American citizens and the use of government agencies to destroy his political opposition with false allegations using the corrupt echelon in the upper members of both the DOJ and FBI.  In addition we are becoming more aware how the news media has and is being used to promote false stories on Trump and his administration and have become complicit in these illegal activities.    

Unless you have been in a coma for over 200 years, or are a person that does not know our Bill of Rights, you are oblivious to what Obama, Hillary and their cronies were attempting to accomplish.

During the Obama administration, we witnessed the use of IRS, NSA, FBI, DOJ and intelligent agencies to investigate various organizations, businesses and individuals that opposed his administration, something we only read about in socialist/communist countries. 

What we are seeing today is the exposure of the actions of Obama and Hillary in what can only be called a silent coup of a duly elected government and president whose plans are slowly unraveling and exposing the corruption within these agencies and previous administration.    

The democrats and their front man Rep. Adam Bull Schiff, are continuing to alleged Russia collusion when the only people conspiring with Russia was the DNC, Hillary, FBI, DOJ and many Hillary supporters.

We will be learning much more when the IG’s report becomes public.

We are now learning that the real Russian connection is the Clinton’s and their democratic friends.  Bill Clinton collects $500,000 for a 45 minute speech and the money comes from Renaissance Capital, a Russian group devise to deceive many from their influence payments.  This payment was to secure the deal with Hillary and her State Department to approve the Uranium One deal and Renaissance Capital is part of Uranium One Company.  Believe me, not even the late Tom Clancy could have written a better novel that we are seeing in real life.  This has resulted in the Clinton Criminal Foundation securing $145 million in income from Russian sources.  The corrupt Clinton’s have been involved in sleaze their entire time together.  From Whitewater, 90 plus FBI files on political opposition miraculously appearing on the dining room table in the White House, to Travelgate and actually in the beginning of Hillary’s lawyer life, being dismissed from the Watergate commission for lying.  Gee, who would have guest.

Of course I still wonder how Vince Foster actually died and was it really a robbery when Seth Richard was shot in the back in a robbery when none of his property or money was taken.  When is a robbery a robbery when the robbers just shoot someone and not take any property?  Shoot him in the back no less.  Strange.  Just wondering.

But the IG’s report hopefully will be shinning more light on the corrupt democrats and the Clinton’s.  Unless of course the IG and his 400 plus investigators disappear.  History shows nothing is impossible when certain people are involved. 

The budget passed and we will suffer

What we have just witnessed is the party that championed budget restraints and spending cuts for years, allowed the democrats to get everything they wanted in spending.  So, while our military will get stronger with an increase in funding, our deficit will increase by another one Trillion dollars.  So, with a congress and the White House under republican control, we are witnessing democratic ideology take control and spend, spend and spend some more.  Pork barrel is back and we the taxpayer will eventually pay the price.  Or better, our children and their children will suffer because we did not make the tough choices by not only making drastic cuts in spending and eliminating most of the 430 plus government agencies that many of us have no idea even exist. 

Many of the representatives in the House and Senate are more concerned with keeping their seat then actually saving our country from bankruptcy.  No one on this planet can every out BS congress when it comes to what they do and the absurd reasons why they did it.  We need to replace these spending representatives with conservatives who actually believe in our country and care about reducing our deficit.  As individuals, we cannot live with deficit spending and neither can companies and especially a government.  However, I have not heard of any democrat that is willing to make the tough cuts needed and there are not enough conservative republicans in congress to address this problem.  The swamp has won again.  When will we wake up and realize we are spending ourselves into oblivion. 

Whether you want to hear this or not, we must address the so called “entitlements” that are eating between 60 to 70% of our budget.  When we have people sitting home living on the government dole, this must be stopped.  We became the country we are through our citizens rolling up our sleeves and putting in the long hours and working hard to achieve success.  Success is not made by sitting home collecting a check when one is young enough and physically able to work.  Instead, when one gets the freebees, one does not want to surrender this freebee and actually work for the same thing.  But again, as I have said repeatedly, congress is more interested in staying in congress over saving our country.  After all, they do get a nice pension that many of us can only dream about.  So, they will live the good life no matter which direction this country goes as they tell us one BS story after another.   

The Stock Market, the Rise of the Machines and the SEC

For the last two weeks we are witnessing the market go down, go up and then take another nose dive and is now down approximately 10%.  Yet the economy does not appear to be affected as this economy seems to grow in jobs, salaries and production.

What we have learned as a result of this ripple in the market is the rise of the machines.  What many investors did not know is that firms are using computers that have algorithms that will automatically buy or sell when the market reaches a preset level either up or down.  What this does is buying and selling is done almost instantly while the small investor must call their broker to either buy or sell that cannot keep up with the speed of the machines.  So, the brokers and their firms are making money, protecting their investment by the programmed machines. Unfortunately, it appears the machines have over reacted and we are witnessing the result.  We know the market was growing at an enormous rate and a correction was inevitable, but what we are witnessing is what can happen when you let machines and not humans control events.

We now have to wonder will these machines have their programs improved to avoid these types of events or those in control of the machines are enjoying the money being made and may just wait a while longer while the small investor gets taken to the cleaners.  

I believe the SEC must investigate and explain this to the public.  When the rich and powerful can buy low and sell high and then buy when the stocks decline that are caused by programmed machines, makes one wonder are we being used.

The rise of the machines was the theme in the Terminator movies.  I wonder?

Are we coming to be known as the former great United States

The FISA memo is out and if there is truly one important item we can take from the memo and that is: “Are we becoming history as a country?”

We use to be a country where the news media protected our constitution by reporting on our government when they appear to have crossed the line.  Today, we see the news media being controlled by the democratic party and have become the mouth piece for whatever the democrats believe should be said at any particular time. 

When we had the Watergate break-in in the 1970’s, we had the news media investigating and their investigation led to the resignation of President Nixon.  Today we see where the Obama Administration used government agencies to spy on the American public.  Obama used the NSA, IRS, FBI and DOJ to spy.  This has led to the FBI and DOJ engaging in spying on the Trump campaign and administration while the news media turned a blind eye to the destruction of our constitutional rights as the 1^st, 3^rd and 4^th Amendment are ignored and shredded right before our eyes.  With the news media being under the control of the democrats, we see how life is in North Korea, Cuba, Russia and Venezuela where the news published is exactly what the government says it will be.   The democratic talking points are now broadcast through the news media and their socialist friends.  We now see how the Russian news media formerly named Pravda operated.  The voice of government.

Our Founders gave us a Constitutional Republic and the democrats and their friends in the media want to give us a socialist/Marxist country where our liberties are whatever the government feels they should be. 

Whether you want to believe it or not, our country is in a constitutional crisis.  If government can use agencies to spy on the American people, we have lost our constitutional rights.  If you are clueless what that would be like, just look at the countries I mentioned above.  You will become slaves to the government and our country and economy will collapse.  When the country says jump, you will then say how high on the way up.  That is what the democrats and the news media want.  But the question is, what do you want?  Liberty and Freedom or despair.

The FISA Memo

The long awaited memo has been released and it is everything we have been hearing over the past month.  But, now we have the names involved in obtaining the FISA warrant to spy on an opponent’s political campaign. 

The warrant obtained from the FISA court was acquired by the FBI using false information. By obtaining a warrant under false and illegal information, any evidence obtained should be inadmissible and in addition any other information that is collected as a result of the original warrant, all that evidence should also be inadmissible.  Since the original warrant obtained on false information, and any additional information obtained as a result cannot be admitted in a court.  So, it will be interesting how the Mueller investigation proceeds.  His investigation has not uncovered any Russian collusion with the Trump campaign and is now trying to find a charge of obstruction of justice.  But, being appointed as special prosecutor was caused by conspiring upper echelon in the FBI and DOJ using the fake/phony Russian dossier.  So, I would surmise the lawyers for Paul Manafort, and Flynn will or should be going to court to have all allegations dismissed since as I have stated and courts have ruled in the past, that evidence obtained using illegal means becomes inadmissible.  This phony dossier was produced by the DNC and Hillary’s campaign.

Now, the democrats, the fake news media in addition to those mentioned in the memo will all be challenging the memo as insufficient in information.  In that case, they should provide collaborating information.  Naturally, that will not be done since it only will enhance their complicity in this corruption. 

What this memo has shown is that under the Obama Administration government agencies were used to spy and intimidate political opposition.   Something violating our 1^st, 3^rd, 4^th Amendment and actually our entire constitution.  Jail space should be reserved for all those involved, but will this happen or is there two types of justice in this country.  One for the corrupt and one for us.
