Trump taxes and Biden’s income

As we saw in 2016 we are seeing a repeat of the lying news media going after President Trump and his taxes.  It is interesting that Trump was a businessman for nearly 50 years where he made billions of dollars.  Joe Biden is multi-millionaire who made all his money while a member of Congress.  In addition he and his family made mega millions while he was vice-president.  Imagine how rich he and his family will be if he ever became president.  It seems all Joe Biden had to do is get elected to congress and watch the money come rolling in.  But, the news media does not go after how he made his money.  I guess he sends his son Hunter to go around the world with a vacuum sucking up the money from China, Ukraine and Russia.  The Russian collusion was really with the democrats and not Trump as we have seen with the release of the recent FBI files that the lying news media have not reported.  Think about this.  Hunter Biden flies on Air Force II with his father the vice-president to Ukraine and China where Hunter pocketed mega million deals and Joe Biden is oblivious to any deal.  Either Joe Biden is covering up this corruption or he is the dumbest person on this planet.  In either case, he is disqualified to be president.  And these same Biden supporters claimed that Trump was being blackmailed by Russia and yet with the sleazy deals that Hunter made, with the knowledge of Joe Biden, who do you think will be blackmailed.  

Hiding Biden the Basement Wonder

Will Hiding Biden come out to play and by that I mean the debate on Tuesday.  Is he preparing by changing his sleeping habits and is made to believe that 9 am is now going to be 9 pm to acclimate him to this hour since it may be many hours past his bedtime?  The big question is, will he come down with some sort of cold or phony illness that will make him unavailable for a debate?  After all, many socialist democrats have encouraged him not to debate since they know he is confused and lost if he gets tough questions.   He does have a supporter in the debate moderator, Chris Wallace, but will that be enough.  The debate is going to last 1 ½ hours and can Hiding Biden remain alert for that period of time?  If he gets the softball questions he is presently getting from the fake news media, he may, or will Chris Wallace actually be a fair moderator and not display his dislike for President Trump?  That is the question.  Will he show up, will the debate be more softball questions, or will he actually get appropriate questions on the topic discussed?  Then again, will he get questions on Hunter accumulating mega bucks by his association with hiding Biden and questions on the present documents released this past few days.  Also, on the FBI files and Emails exposing the FBI corruption and the January 5^th meeting with Obama, Biden, Comey and more that were present as they discussed how to go after Trump?  This was an attempt to overthrow a duly elected president thru a silent coup and based on the information already released it is becoming closer to an Act of Treason committed by all those involved.   Hiding Biden was present at his meeting, although he may not have been aware what was going on.  He could claim he slept through the meeting.

WOULD THE SOCIALIST DEMOCRATS ALLOW BUYING GUNS BY MAIL, OR WOULD THEY DEMAND THAT GUNS BE PURCHASED IN PERSON WITH id TO PREVENT FRAUD.

You need ID to buy alcohol, cigarettes, medical treatment, get a loan and many other things, but the socialist democrats see no need for ID to vote.  This allows many illegible people to vote and that is exactly what the socialist want.  If the republicans were pushing this instead of the socialist, all hell would break out.  Just think about it, if the shoe was on the other foot.  Corruption is acceptable for the socialist.  Your freedom will be gone if the socialist win this election cycle not only in the White House, but both houses of congress also.  Control of the people is what they want and they lost it with the election of Trump and have been trying by all means possible since the night of his election to remove him from office.  If you cannot see this, then you are oblivious to what has been happening over the past 4 years or you support a coup and an election by the people mean nothing.  The 2016 election was not corrupt as Hillary would like you to believe, since she was a piss poor candidate and one of the most corrupt people in this country that we are seeing more and more of this as files from the FBI and DOJ are coming out.  If the voters do not wake up and realize how Trump has foiled the swamp creatures and must be re-elected to continue draining the swamp, then God help us.    

The Trump-Biden debate and more

Although the debate is scheduled for 9/29, we cannot be certain Biden will even show up.  As I mentioned previously, a few weeks ago he coughed while giving one of his brief talks from outside his basement and just last weekend, he was observed coughing again.  Could it be he may not show up due to a cold?  Then again, he has no appearances scheduled until the debate.  Since he only makes appearances in daylight, are they trying to change Biden’s sleep hours so he can be awake at 9 pm and sleepy at 9 am in preparation for the debate?  Of course, they will also be pumping him with questions and answers to those questions​ and hope he can remember the answers.  The only problem with that is Biden at times is clueless where he is except for his basement.  Meanwhile, Trump is traveling all over the country holding his usually massive rallies.  So, do the people want a president who does not appear in public, is confused when he does or a president who is out there and answers all questions the lying news media throws at him, while Biden gets the soft questions that even a 5^th grade student could answer. 

Now with the senate report on Hunter Biden and his corrupt behavior, the media has not reported this and no alleged reporter has asked Joe Biden any questions concerning this latest report on the corrupt Hunter.  Corruption runs through the entire Biden family and the media ignores it all.  However, if this was a report on one of the Trump’s​children.  It would be in the media 24 hours a day non-stop. 

The only way Biden will get elected if there is a corrupt vote count.  This is why the socialist democrats are pushing mail in voting and so they corrupt the entire process.  They have tried since the election nearly 4 years ago to do a silent coup to remove Trump from office by any means possible.  Russia, Russia, collusion, impeachment and now trying to say they will try another impeachment if there is a nominating process for a Supreme Court Justice.  It is never ending with these radicals in congress.  But if you listen to Pelosi, Schumer and company, you will realize what they are accusing the president of doing, they are actually doing it themselves.  They are the ones pushing the mail in voting since they know they can corrupt the voting process by making sure the ballots are 99% for Biden. 

The Obama administration was notorious for doing this and Biden was deeply involved in that.  By the way, Operation Fast and Furious was not about sending guns to Mexico to trace them to Mexico’s drug lords, but to have Mexico trace the guns back to the United States so Eric Holder and Hillary Clinton’s scheme could be realize​d​ that our 2^nd Amendment is responsible for many killings in Mexico.  This whole operation was concocted to attack the 2^nd Amendment, but it backfired.  Before this scheme was put into practice, both Obama and Hillary gave speeches in Mexico on guns. 

So, you can rest assured a Biden presidency will mean an end to the 2^nd Amendment, changes to the 1^st Amendment since free speech is now being defined as long as what you say does not offend somebody.  Government will control what is proper speech and what is not.  Social media is already doing this so you will have a great understanding of what is coming.  I would recommend that you research the UN Agenda 21 and say goodbye to suburban living and people will be forced to move back to the cities and the suburbs will become “green again”.  Even better, what Obama was attempting to have the Federal Government overrule local laws and ordinances regarding what type of dwellings can be built in these communities.  Under Obama, they were attempting to have low income housing built in middle income or upper income communities.  But of course, not in Martha’s Vineyard, Beverly Hills or other exclusive communities of the very rich.   It was in your backyard but not in mine.  Thank God Trump put that to rest although, I think he should have pushed this into the exclusive communities like Martha’s Vineyard and you would have heard the outrage from those living there. But, for you and me, it would be forced down our throats ​as Obama was doing in Westchester County NY.

This election will decide our country’s fate as well as the world.  Will we become another Venezuela or continue on the road of progress we are achieving today.  Will we vacate our leadership in the world and allow China and Russia to dominate the globe.  The United States is the difference between the world being swallowed up by China and the radical Islamist.  We are the only country that stands between a world in chaos and war or peace through strength that the Trump administration is following.  The choice is clear this election.  It is up to the voters to decide if they want to keep their freedom or become subjects to government power.  We revolted against that in 1776

 

Biden with a cough

About a week ago while at one of his appearances out of his basement, Joe Biden coughed a few times.  Today, at another venture from his basement he had a little cough.  Is this a prelude to an excuse that Biden has a cold and cannot make the debate on 9/29?

Will Nov 3, 2020 be our last free election?

When we examine the Socialist Democratic Party manifesto for what they plan to implement if they win the White House, you scratch your head and wonder who in their right mind would vote for candidates that intend to destroy our government.  These socialist, are using their puppet Joe Biden, who is clueless to what will happen if he wins the election.  They want to destroy our constitution from day one.  They intend to eliminate ICE and DHS, open our borders, eliminate the 2^nd Amendment, and nominate Supreme Court Judges who are radical and to further cement their hold on government and will attempt to increase the number of judges to approximately 15, assuring that they will have full control of court decisions for many years. 

To control the people, the first thing a government does is to take away guns from the citizens.  History of communism, socialism and Marxism has shown this is the first thing that is done to take control.  Hitler did this to the German people in the 1930’s.  King George III attempted to do this to the colonies to prevent a revolt of the colonist against his tyranny.  We know the end result of this King’s attempting to thwart and suppress the people.  To control the people, control the press, confiscate weapons and change laws to make it easier to imprison the people who disagree with government.

 We see today where the news media has become an extension of the socialist party by either fabricating news against President Trump or just lying to the American people.  We know Joseph Goebbels, head of the Nazi propaganda said, “If you tell a lie big enough and keep repeating it, people will eventually come to believe it. The lie can be maintained only for such time as the State can shield the people from the political, economic and/or military consequences of the lie. It thus becomes vitally important for the State to use all of its powers to repress dissent, for the truth is the mortal enemy of the lie, and thus by extension, the truth is the greatest enemy of the State.”.  Now, if you stop and watch and listen to what is happening in this country today, you see what Goebbels said is happening today. 

The Socialist Democratic Party, under the leadership of the far left radicals are doing just that.  In fact we may have to call this party the communist party since what they are proposing is really a communist manifesto.  Destroy the opposition and their followers thru lies, threats, intimidation and if that fails, physical violence.  Whether or not if you like President Trump or his followers, you will not find any of his followers rioting, burning down business, assaulting police officers, that the socialist/Marxist have been doing from Oregon on the west to NYC, Philadelphia, Washington DC, Wisconsin, Minnesota and other states where the so called democrats are in control.  Hitler used the brown shirts to destroy his opposition that began against the Jews and then to the German people themselves since the people thought it was only going to be the Jews being persecuted.  The socialist democrats are using Antifa and BLM to do the same.  These government leaders believe if they allow these radicals to continue to riot and destroy, this will be vulnerable to President Trump. As it turns out, this has not been the case.  Many voters believe, even those that remain silent to posters etc. that using violence and threats will not get them to vote for Biden/Harris or what we now learn is being called the Harris/Biden ticket.  Believe me that was not mistake but a precursor to what these radicals are hoping for.  Biden as a figurehead and Harris and their handlers pulling the strings.   Harris is really clueless on being president and will not be making the decisions.  But the swamp hopes to make a comeback and get back in charge.  If we do not wake up, we will lose our country and it may be a 100 years before we have another 1776.  We cannot let that happen and we must destroy these radicals by crushing all their candidates for both the presidency and congress.  Our freedom is only one election away from being lost.  The choice is yours and it is this election

 

Ten Great Deceptions Designed to Destroy the Republic

In the last ten years or so it has become increasingly evident that you are are either believing what the left (or the diet pill manufacturer) is saying or you are paying attention to reality.

There are at least 10 major lies that are now so ubiquitous that most people never question them:  

Lie #1 – Truth is Relative

In the leftist handbook, truth is a function of feeling. This may be the greatest deception ever perpetrated on humanity since Pilate asked, “What is truth?” Yet, for so many of the academically indoctrinated, this is the fulcrum of their philosophical worldview and the secret source of their smugness.

Lie #2 – Abortion is Personal

There is no “other” in the womb, no independent life. This has become so embedded in leftist ideology that abortion has become the banner issue in nearly every election over the last 60 years. In a conversation with a friend with very progressive leanings (he needs the money), abortion came up. I questioned him about partial-birth murders and he said, “That hardly ever happens.” Really? As if one baby homicide were okay? The more irrational the argument, the more ingrained the original lie. Little lives apparently don’t matter.

Lie #3 – Utopia is Possible

Perfection is possible if we just…make solar powered air planes, dump Trump, make everyone wear masks forever. The list goes on and on and is a direct result of the Madison Avenue spin machine. Whatever ails you, we’ve got PRODUCT X. And if you’re a millennial, now you can have it all on someone else’ dime. Just ask Bernie. But whatever you do, don’t look at the facts, especially in Venezuela.

Lie #4 – Death is Avoidable and You Can Feel Safe Forever…

…if you do the right (sic: party-approved) things and take the prescribed chemical cocktails. So anything that keeps you youthful and sexually active is good, no matter what. Do I really need to elaborate on this one?

Lie #5 – Biology is an Illusion

There are no true genders; only states of mind. After 35 years in clinical practice, after hearing just about everything noble, demented, or delusional, this still astounds me. Have you ever had a conversation with someone speaking “word salad?” This is it. And the ultimate goal of this lie? The elimination of the family and the stable, present father.

Lie #6 - If you Love America, You'll Destroy It

Violence means “I love you.” This is the core BLM deception. Because they care so very much, they are driven mad by normal citizens who are minding their own business, so mad they are compelled to burn down stores, attack you while you’re dining out, break into cars, set fire to your home, and tear down historic landmarks. This lie strikes me as particularly interesting since they also claim to be the advocates of minority’s, women’s and children’s rights. “I hit you ‘cuz I love you” is the excuse of every single narcissistic abuser I’ve ever met.

Lie #7 – The Lie of the Mask

Remember The Minority Report in which “criminals” are prosecuted before they’ve committed a crime? Welcome to the machine.  Because it’s all about potential, proof is not necessary, but we all need to be afraid. Very afraid. If it isn’t the end of all life with climate changes, it’s a virus that will end yours soon if you don’t wear the solidarity mask even if you have no symptoms. In this version of leftist Utopia, we are faceless disease vectors, quarantined forever in pursuit of an impossible level of safety.

Lie #8 – Money Solves Everything

Housing projects are the answer to poverty and poverty is society’s greatest ill (as if some of our greatest citizens weren’t poor and many of our worst criminals weren’t rich). It is a monstrous lie as anyone who lives within 50 miles of a major city can attest. (See Thomas Sowell’s piece A Legacy of Liberalism.) This is the lie that decimates community.

Lie #9 – God’s A Crutch for the Unsophisticated

Anything is permissible because there is no God. And if, just if, there is a God, He’s just plain mean and doesn’t deserve our obedience. In the post-Disney age, not being nice is the greatest sin of all. This lie is, in my opinion, the crux of the matter, because it makes all the other lies possible.     

Lie #10 – If It’s On Television, It’s True

They wouldn’t lie, would they? Wish it were so. Marketing, and corporate-subsidized news networks, are all about spin. Truth is never paramount. I mean, what good would it do to spend millions of dollars coaxing the public to buy a product that’s “kinda okay?” It has to be subliminally attached to a need that drives us to make purchases that are irrational. Lying is breathing in marketing.

One of the most egregious lies I’ve ever seen:  Ali Velshi, in an MSNBC report , (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y1mxJMIIMuE)  is standing in front of a burning police precinct claiming the riots were just protests and not really “unruly.” What does lying like that do to a person? To a soul?

The Grub Effect: The Anti-Lie Instinct

Here’s what lying does: It eventually kills us. There’s something I’ve noticed about healthy people no matter their culture of origin. When exposed to a noxious substance, they instinctively recoil. I call it The Grub Effect. (They’re those critters in the soil that roll into little balls if you touch them. They don’t like us.) It’s a sane and natural response to the appropriate stimuli. The latest Trump bashing and the violent demonstrations.

We have not heard from the socialist democratic members of Congress on these violent demonstrations and they were ignored during the DNC.  But when members of the fake news media said this should be addressed or Biden will be in trouble, then Basement Biden came out with a weak response and naturally as all socialist members of his party have been doing, it is all Trump’s fault.  When they cannot defend their weakness and socialist programs, they always blame Trump.  Isn’t odd that all the false allegations that are coming out now against Trump go back at least 2 years.  Bob Woodward’s interview of Trump earlier this year where Trump indicated he did not want to panic the public in his response on the coronavirus, just as previous presidents and other country leaders have done since WWII, the fake news media jumps all over this response.  The responsibility of a Leader is not to spread panic.  Winston Churchill, President Roosevelt and George W. Bush did not spread panic in their response to events and all remained calm over spreading panic.  President Trump did what a leader would do, but if the fake news media and the socialist believe they can use this against Trump, they run with it.  Imagine these people in control of our government.  God help us. 

NFL game on Thursday

So now we see how we are going to divide the country.  At NFL games we are going to play 2 National Anthems.  Actually, our country has one National Anthem written in the war of 1812.  But, the powers that be believe we should have 2 Anthems.  One for blacks and another for the rest of the country.  And the assholes that play in the NFL believe this will not divide the country.  Who is really creating racial hatred country?  Those that believe in the greatness of our country and our constitution where we believe our rights of Life, Liberty and The Pursuit of Happiness that is guaranteed by God not government or these radicals, including Biden supporters believe all our rights should come from government.  Of course, we all know what government giveth can take away.   Here today, gone tomorrow.  Think about that.  This is what socialist/Marxist do and the present socialist presidential candidate, Joe Biden has his Marxist handlers indirectly promising this will happen.  Of course, Biden is clueless. 

 

9/11 and Blue Lives

 I wonder how many of the anarchist and hate filled rioters if they were in lower Manhattan or the World Trade Center on 9/11 would have been yelling their hate filled rhetoric at the police, fire and other rescue personnel as they are so happy doing today?  Maybe they should speak with those who were rescued.  But I doubt any would do that as they would realize how big assholes they are. 

These idiots that want to defund the police hopefully will live in those police less communities and when events happen that normally would require a police response, they will have a social worker or physiologist to address the suspect committing murder, robbery, felony assault, rape etc.  Remember, when shots are fired, the police run to the sound while the citizen runs away.  Don’t expect a social worker or physiologist to run to the sound of gunfire.  As Forrest Gump said, “Stupid is what stupid does”.  I might add, if these anarchist believe they will overthrow our country, they will have to get past those of us who believe in the 2^nd Amendment first.

 

Biden's Press conference

Question:  You claim President Trump is responsible for all the violence we see in various cities throughout the country.  Yet, all these states and cities are controlled by democrats. 

Answer:  I understand what you are saying, but you must be listening to the republican propaganda.  These cities and states are controlled by democrats, but the demonstrators are all Trump supporters that are encouraging this behavior and wear masks and blame it on the democrats.  The democratic elected officials do not have the control of law enforcement and Trump will not permit the National Guard to come into these cities to stop the violence.  As long as this looting and destruction continues, Trump and his allies will continue to blame the democrats.  You must be a dog face pony soldier.

Question; President Trump is pushing to have the United States to be first to land a man on Mars.  If you get elected, will you do the same? 

Answer: Look, I already have been to the moon and Mars so I have already been there.  Just last week I came back from having a Mars candy bar at the Moon candy shop in Wilmington DE.  I have already beaten Trump on this issue.  Come on man.

Question: You support the Green New Deal that would eliminate fossil fuel production and raise cattle in this country.  Could you elaborate on that?

Answer:  Look like I have said many times, I support the Green New Deal and everything included in this plan.  I have said many times I will stop Fracking and future oil exploration.  We do not need fossil fuels as we are running most of our country on solar power.  Just today, I rode in a solar Plane and flew from Wilmington DE to Wyoming.  So we know Solar can get us around the country.

Follow-up Question:  But Wyoming is over 2000 miles away and you flew that distance and back today. 

Follow-up answer; No, you are not listening to what I said.  I said Wilmington DE to Wyoming DE a distance of 20 miles and that was in a 4 seater plane.  So, we know we do not need fossil fuels to fly.  I mean, come on man.  We can drive battery operated cars and soon battery operated planes.  By the year 2050 we will have accomplished this. 

Follow-up Question:  But this is the year 2020 and you are saying 2050. 

Answer: Come on man.  Listen to what I am saying.  We will not abandon all Fracking, just Fracking in this country.  Other countries will do the Fracking for us and we do not need cattle for meat as we can produce artificial meat, vegetables, and potatoes.  You must be a Dog face pony soldier.

Question:  You have stated that Trump did not act quickly enough in responding to the Coronavirus and that you would have acted sooner.  When Trump stopped flights from China in January, you claimed he was xenophobic and a racist.  And when he stopped flights from the EU you said he was overreacting.  Can you explain yourself?

Answer:  Come on Man.  Listen to what I said way back in November that the China virus was a threat and we should address this virus now.  But Trump waited until January when I was two months ahead. 

Follow-up Question:  There does not seem to be a record of you doing this. 

Answer:  Listen.  I sent Hunter to China to address this situation and he came back with a $1.5 billion deal that benefited him and me financially.  I mean our country, not me or Hunter.  This virus killed nearly 150 million people in this country by January and all we did was stop plane flights.  Even Pelosi knew that we should go to Chinatown and eat to our hearts content.  China was not the problem, but just some bats that flew the coup and traveled to the United States.   Come on man, it does not take a brain surgeon to see that.  I know what I am talking about if I could just get this hearing aid out of my ear.

Question:  Will you be leaving your basement to campaign this election and will you be participating in the upcoming scheduled debates. 

Answer:  I have left my basement.  In fact this week I just went to Kenosha Wisconsin and met with hundreds of residents in a question and answer meeting.

Follow-up Question:  But in Kenosha you spoke to residents in a church and there may have been only about 15 people and questions were already given to the reporters to ask. 

Answer:  You may have only seen 15 or so people, but I see all these people representing hundreds and yes the people were given questions they could ask since seeing such an old time politician like me we did not want them to feel frightened when their turn came.  We wanted to make sure we had the answers to their questions and not stumble in response that would not only confuse them, but due to my age, confuse me in responding.  Come on man.  I am no spring chicken.

Excuse me, but the questions being asked are not the ones that are written down on this paper I have and you are not one of the reporters that was directed to ask these questions.  My handlers are telling me in my hearing aid to end this conference, so I am leaving.  I do not mean hearing aid, but they are signaling me that this conference is over.  I do not need a hearing aid.  I mean, I can hear quite well when the questions are written down beforehand. 

Trump allegation on disparaging deceased veterans

President Trump has denied vehemently the latest allegation being made against him by Atlantic Magazine using anonymous sources.  Those who were there at the ceremonies in 2018 in France also have denied these allegations including some news reporters.  Then he is alleged to have made disparaging remarks at Arlington National Cemetery some attributed to Ret. General Kelly who had a falling out with President Trump, but those who also were there have denied these allegations.   These allegations seem to be a good source for the Trump haters.  We had Russia, Russia, Russia, collusion, the phony impeachment among other allegations and now approximately 60 days before Election Day and just a week or two before 16 states begin early voting, we have another allegation with the usual anonymous sources.  We can expect a few more false rhetoric stories to surface before November 3^rd.  Why didn’t this story come out in 2018 or 2019?  Oh, I know, those years were not a presidential election year.  Come out with allegations just before the election seems to be the method of operation for the Trump haters.

President Trump has done more for our military, the active members as well those retired and injured then previous presidents in over 60 years, but the Trump haters will do anything as we have seen even before he was elected to use any allegations they can use to derail his election.  The socialist democrats cannot debate the issues and have resorted to lies and anonymous sources to get their absent minded candidate elected.  Biden even has inferred that those rioting and burning down cities are Trump supporters.  We cannot discuss the anti-black statements from Biden in the 70’s and 80’s or the performance of Harris during her time in the Senate filled with hate and lies.   Honesty and integrity in the news media is just wishful thinking.  This latest story will remain in the news media until another phony story comes along.  

President Trump should read Black Lives Matter the Riot Act – and the Insurrection Act

I think it is time for the president to shit or get off the pot.  Action is required now.  The voting public will support him without question.  The anarchist must be dealt with today or we may not have a country left.  All the so called moderate democrats as well as all democrats have not spoken out against these riots.  What are they afraid of?  The squad?

Yet here we are, over 80 days into this national insurrection by terrorist groups like Back Lives Matter and Antifa, and there is no end in sight. Trump is president today, not just after November 4. On the state level, the notion that somehow police must stand back and allow "protests" to fester until they get out of hand and uncontrollable is absurd. When there is clear and present danger that gatherings lead to violence, they can be dispersed. As the Supreme Court said in Cantwell v. Connecticut (1940), "When clear and present danger of riot, disorder, interference with traffic upon the public streets, or other immediate threat to public safety, peace, or order appears, the power of the State to prevent or punish is obvious." Thus, any discussion of "right to protest" is out the window, especially after an 80-day track record and trail of devastation in its wake.

Then there is the federal role. The notion that the Constitution and statute somehow keep the federal government neutral or removed from an organized insurrection is misguided and dangerous. From the early days of the Whiskey Rebellion through the Civil War-era insurrections, the federal government has been at the forefront of restoring peace when states are either inherently incapable or unwilling to protect civil liberties and punish violent forces, especially when they cross state lines and are national in scope.

Many commentators continue to make the mistake of believing that the president needs permission of a governor or mayor to send in federal forces to quell a rebellion. But the updates to the Insurrection Act in 1871 were specifically designed to empower the president to put down insurrection precisely in a scenario where state governments are turning a blind eye (or encouraging) the uprisings.

The original Insurrection Act of 1807, first passed by Congress in the form of the Militia Act of 1792, gave the president permission to send in the military to a state "upon the request of its legislature or of its governor if the legislature cannot be convened." However, during the post-Civil War era, when states in the South turned a blind eye to KKK violence toward black people, Congress saw a need to give the president unilateral authority, a power that is codified in law to this very day. And for good reason.

The Insurrection Act of 1871 reflects the spirit of the 14th Amendment, which was ratified just a few years earlier. The entire point of the 14th Amendment was to empower the federal government to enforce fundamental rights against states precisely when state governments where involved in those violations. In those days, Southern states allowed white terrorists to terrorize black people, punished black people for self-defense, and did not pursue justice against white perpetrators. The 1871 act pushed by President Ulysses Grant was, in a sense, the implementing legislation of the 14th Amendment's Privileges and Immunities Clause, which gave the federal government enforcement power over states that violate those natural rights.

According to the Washington Post, "[President] Grant's target was the violent Ku Klux Klan, which was, according to the Coakley book, inciting 'its members to commit crimes, including murder, against Republicans and blacks' and rarely facing prosecution."

Sound familiar? Reverse the races and that is what is happening today. Blue states and cities are openly greenlighting Antifa and BLM to destroy public and private property, randomly attack white people and/or Trump supporters, take over roads and stop, threaten, and attack motorists, and rarely face prosecution, while those who defend themselves are charged with murder.

The 1871 act was created for exactly this sort of uprising fueled by racial discrimination. Not only does the law, codified as amended in 10 U.S. Code §253, §332-333, not require state permission for the president to dispatch armed forces, it specifically charges him to do so when "the constituted authorities of that State are unable, fail, or refuse to protect that right, privilege, or immunity, or to give that protection; or opposes or obstructs the execution of the laws of the United States or impedes the course of justice under those laws" [emphasis added].

Per §332, the threshold for unilaterally calling in the military, even against the wishes of the state government, is when "unlawful obstructions, combinations, or assemblages, or rebellion against the authority of the United States, make it impracticable to enforce the laws of the United States in any State by the ordinary course of judicial proceedings, he may call into Federal service such of the militia of any State."

That threshold is clearly evident, nearly three months into this uncontrolled mayhem in so many cities.

The president is also vested with the power to "take such measures as he considers necessary to suppress, in a State, any insurrection, domestic violence, unlawful combination, or conspiracy" in the aforementioned scenario.

The time has come for the president to actually suppress the insurrection. What happened in Portland when DHS dispatched agents was a disgrace. They were dispatched in a very defensive posture to defend a federal building and wound up being blinded with lasers. This is a terrorist group they are dealing with, and it requires appropriate force that stops the violence. They must go on offense, seek out and confront the perpetrators, and shoot to kill when the rebels are using deadly force.

Concomitantly, the Department of Justice must harness every existing statute – from anti-terrorism laws (18 U.S. Code § 2383) to cross-state racketeering laws (28 U.S. Code §1952) – to prosecute all of the criminals being released or ignored by state and local prosecutors. They must also go after local DAs who are violating civil rights and charging victims of the mob with crimes for legitimately defending their lives. It's now reached the point that in New Jersey, civilians will be charged with crimes for calling 911 when they feel threatened if the subject of the call is black and the call is deemed false by authorities. No such charge will be made if the races are reversed.

As the Washington Post observes regarding the implementation of the 1871 law: "After learning that the KKK was still thriving in several South Carolina counties, he [Grant] organized more than 1,000 soldiers to round up several hundred Klansmen. 'Scores' of suspects were arrested, many of them interrogated for several weeks without an indictment. By Jan. 1, 1872, the Army had detained more than 600 men, and most of them were tried and convicted in federal court."

Trump has the facts, the law, and the American people on his side. Now is the time to read BLM the Riot Act. Now is the time to defend America, not after he wins a second term. As Reagan said, "If not us, who? And if not now, when?"

 

Are we a systemic racist country?

 Rather than listen to the false rhetoric by our socialist politicians and the radicals burning some cities to the ground, we must look at the facts. 

Yes, we know that at one time we had black slaves in our country and although our Founding Fathers wanted to include an end to slavery in our constitution, they were aware they would not have had the approval of the necessary colonies to approve passage of the constitution.  Even though when Thomas Jefferson was president and made the Louisiana Purchase he included that these new territories would be slave free, slavery still existed in some of the states.  Slavery had become such a divisive issue over the years that eventually led to this war between the north and the south.  During this trying time, President Lincoln issued the Emancipation Proclamation that freed all slaves from their bondage.  At the end of the civil war, the hatred the south had against the north was only intensified as a result of the carpetbaggers from the north coming into the south. 

In 1870 however, the first blacks were elected to the congressional house in the south and one to the senate.  These were self-educated blacks and the senate seat was once held by Jefferson Davis.  To counteract this increase in blacks rising the economic scale, the Democratic Party developed their enforcement arm to limit black entering into society as well as using threats, assaults and killings to get their message across.  This enforcement arm was known as the KKK (Klu Klux Klan) that was still in existence until the 1960’s and may still be a secret organization today.  This was a democratic domestic terrorist group that promoted violence against not only blacks, but those whites that may have helped blacks move up the ladder  economically, as well as members of certain religious organizations.  The KKK was a pure hate group.  But this was a wing of the Democratic Party not the Republican Party as some of the socialist democrats would like you to believe.  

So today, we hear from Black Lives Matter that we are a country overflowing with systemic racist.  This from an organization that are trained Marxist whose only desire is to overthrow our country and install a socialist/Marist form of government.  We know how that has worked in Cuba and Venezuela today.  So the question is, are we really a systemic racist as some have been screaming over the phony news media?

The facts as we have just read seem to indicate we have been destroying racism and prejudice where it can be found.  At one time we had a segregated military that was becoming integrated until Woodrow Wilson was elected president.  He was anti-black, a democrat and stopped military integration.  It was not until near the end of President Truman’s term, a democrat, and continued by President Eisenhower, that full integration of the military was done.  We had segregation in sports that was broken when Jackie Robinson became the first black to play baseball for the Brooklyn Dodgers in 1947 at the encouragement of Brand Rickey the Dodger executive and a white person.  Rickey was also instrumental in drafting the first Hispanic ballplayer, Roberto Clemente.  

Today, we have seen black governors, mayors, other local officials as well as members of Congress.  We also have elected the first black president in Barack Obama.  Since blacks only comprise less than 20% of the population, Obama would not have been elected without white voters.   We have black history month (February), black colleges, congressional black caucuses as well as Hispanic caucuses and many Hispanics elected to similar positions.  We know if we were to substitute  the word white for in place of black or Hispanic, we would see tremendous outrage from the black and Hispanic communities, but we do not see outrage from whites in this country over these groups.  That alone would prove we are not a racist country and neither is President Trump.  But when the radical left cannot defend their argument, they always turn to calling their opposition a racist.  A term they have used many times when their position on an issue cannot be defended as we see today from our elected officials and the phony news media. 

President Trump has been a business person for over 50 years and never has he been called a racist, but once elected president that is all the socialist democrats and their supporters can say since they cannot argue the issues.   But, since the election of Trump, we have seen from members of Congress and the phony news media nothing but hate rhetoric as candidate Trump said he would expose the swamp in Washington and we now see the swamp in action.  They are losing control of the government and will pull out all stops in their arsenal using their communication arm, the hate filled news media to spew their hateful rhetoric with lies and misinformation.  We see today the violence and riots in democratic controlled cities and the leaders in these cities and states have basically ignored the violence and just claim these are peaceful demonstrations.  Even though we see video of the riots, the news media claims the demonstrations are peaceful except for some minor disturbances.  The truth is out there and we see it with our own eyes, but the dems and their media supporters deny what we see. 

It seems whenever a black person is shot by law enforcement, this is the signal to start a riot, loot, and burn and assault police and at times shoot police officers.  Whether the shooting is justified or not, an investigation will determine the facts, but these radicals will not wait for the investigation to be concluded.  A black person was shot and that appears to be the signal to riot. It is interesting to see that many of these demonstrators are not black but white.  This does enforce the theory on the hate and misinformation of American history that is being taught in our schools or should I dare say, is not being taught.  We are seeing the result of this school agenda in our streets today.  When you brainwash students into false and misleading history of our country continually throughout their years in school, we are seeing the results first hand.  Nikita Khrushchev, the Russian Communist leader, said in 1956, “We will take America without firing a shot. We do not have to invade the U.S. We will destroy you from within”.  Well, the question we must ask ourselves is what we are seeing today in our classrooms coming to fruition?

As a country we have been and still are the beacon on the hill where millions of people wish to come for the many freedoms we enjoy and the opportunity to succeed that is not possible in their country of birth.  But, if we turn off that beacon as we see the socialist democrats want to do with their 110 page platform, we will see not only this country but the world fall into chaos and war the likes of which this world has never seen.  We are the force that stands in the way of this chaos and if our light burns out, the world will go on fire.  Something to think about this election.   Either we continue to expose and drain the swamp or we get swallowed up by the swamp and life as we know it in this country will never be the same.  Power will be in the hands of these swamp creatures.  We will lose our freedom and we all will lose our country.
