Are You A Racist?

It has become quite obvious that when the Socialist Democratic Party cannot defend an issue they automatically brand you a racist.  If you believe in one of the following you are a racist.

1.               You are a Trump supporter.

2.               If you are white you are automatically a racist from the  

         moment of conception unless you are a socialist democrat.

3.      You believe in our constitution, especially the 1^st and 2^nd Amendment.

4.      You believe the Socialist controlled cities are a mess.

5.      If you are a black Trump supporter you are worse than a racist.

6.      You believe illegal immigrants should be arrested and sent back to their country.

7.      You believe nothing is free and somebody is always paying for free things, like the taxpayer.  There is no such thing as a free lunch.

8.      You support ICE, DHS, Border Patrol and law enforcement not realizing that automatically makes you a racist. 

9.      You believe in God, our constitution, our flag and stand for the National Anthem.

10.    You do not believe the world will end in 12 years, the Green New Deal, but believe in climate change, like summer, fall, winter and spring.  Scientist have said, the earth will cease to exist as we know it in approximately 5.5 billion years due to the heat of the Sun increasing before it goes dark.  It is just a little more years then the Green New Deal of 12 years.   But do not tell that to Al Gore or idiots in the squad.

Exoneration

Prosecutors do not exonerate people under investigation.  It is a case of either there is enough evidence to begin a prosecution or not.  A prosecution in a case also does not mean a person would be found guilty.  It all depends on the evidence presented to prove or disprove a case.  Under our system of justice, you are innocent until proven guilty.  However, if you are President Trump, you are automatically guilty and no evidence is required.  If you are a supporter of President Trump, you may find yourself under investigation.  Remember, in this case, the constitution does not apply to you or Trump.


At the Mueller hearing yesterday, exoneration was explained that the Justice Dept. as in all prosecutions, prosecutors do not and cannot exonerate a person under the law.  If there is no evidence to begin a prosecution, then there is no case.  However, listening to the lying news media, they are insisting that Mueller did not exonerate the president and therefore he can be prosecuted or impeached.  


Mueller was also asked if he was fired, prevented from conducting, refused any request for files or interviews of associates President Trump and he answered NO.   Yet, the members of the Socialist Democratic Party, want to move on impeachment for obstruction.  Yet, there was no obstruction.  These radicals are trying to keep this going until the 2020 election.  However, when the present investigation of the investigators ends, there will be a 180 degree turn and there will be prosecution of those involved in this phony investigation.

Ilhan Omar’s Alleged Marriage to Brother Occurred At Time of Massive Immigration Fraud

This week, PJ Media editor and investigative journalist David Steinberg published another in his series of bombshell reports on the twists and turns in the family life of Ilhan Omar, a candidate for the open Fifth Congressional District seat in Minnesota.

The seat has been occupied since 2007 by Rep. Keith Ellison (D-MN-05), now a candidate for Minnesota attorney general. The district includes all of Minneapolis, the city with the largest population of Somali immigrants in North America.

Believed to be a shoe-in, Omar, once a Somali refugee herself, has never fully explained the circumstances surrounding allegations that she was married to her brother.

According to Steinberg:

Immediately after being elected to her current seat in 2016, Omar faced allegations — soon backed by a remarkable amount of evidence — that she had married her own brother in 2009, and was still legally his wife. They officially divorced in December 2017.

The motivation for the marriage remains unclear. However, the totality of the evidence points to possible immigration fraud and student loan fraud.

Rep. Omar has stated that she did marry “British citizen” Ahmed Nur Said Elmi in 2009, though the allegation that he is her brother is “absurd and offensive.”

…exclusive new evidence — from official archived high school records and corroborating sources — strongly supports the claim that Ahmed Nur Said Elmi is indeed her brother.

Reporters and commentators have speculated that the marriage involved immigration fraud and have urged the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) to investigate the matter.

The timing of Omar’s 2009 marriage to Elmi nearly coincides with the 2007-2008 scandal surrounding the Somalian community in which the FBI revealed that many young Somali men were leaving the U.S. to fight for the terrorist organization al-Shabaab.

While this was happening, an additional scandal rocked the Somalian community in Minnesota in 2008 when the U.S. Department of State (DOS) discovered widespread fraud in one of its largest programs for admissions to America, the so-called P-3 family reunification program.

First revealed by Miriam Jordan writing at The Wall Street Journal, the DOS learned that as many as 30,000 Somalis had entered America under the false pretense of “family members,” but were later determined through random DNA testing to have used the program fraudulently.

Large numbers of Somali refugee family members were found to not be biologically related at all. Under the scandal, Somali “relatives” were continuously being “found” and joining their “family” in the U.S. As Frontline reported in 2015, they were making up “ghost children.”

The degree of the fraud shocked the outgoing Bush Administration and as President Barack Obama took charge of the DOS, it had no choice but to suspend the program indefinitely. From 2008-2012, family reunification from Somalia, and other east African countries, was closed.

However, no effort was made by the Obama administration’s immigration officials to discover and remove those found to have committed immigration fraud. There is no evidence to date that Omar’s family participated in the widespread practice.

Indeed, when allegations surfaced in 2016 about Omar’s questionable marriage, then Minnesota U.S. Attorney Andrew Lugar, an Obama appointee, refused to investigate, and corrected local affiliate KMSP Fox 9 for reporting that he did.

“U.S. Attorney Andy Luger says he did not ask U.S. Immigration & Customs (ICE) to investigate the immigration status of legislative candidate Ilhan Omar,” Fox 9 reported.

But now, under a new Republican administration, the DOJ and Attorney General Jeff Sessions have reopened investigations into fraudulent immigration, which, if the allegations against her are true, Omar could be tied up in.

In Nov. 2017, for instance, the DOJ revoked the citizenship of four Somalians living in Minnesota who had lied on their visa applications.

“The current immigration system is easily abused by fraudsters and nefarious actors, and that’s certainly true of the Diversity Immigrant Visa Program,” Sessions said at the time. “If the fraud is not detected and swift enforcement actions are not taken, chain migration only multiplies the consequences of this abuse.”

Omar Silent on New Claims That She Has a Different Real Name and Entered Country Fraudulently

A bombshell report released Thursday claims that Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN-05) entered the country fraudulently in 1995 as a member of the “Omar” family, which allegedly isn’t her real family.

The article was published Thursday at Powerline by David Steinberg, formerly an editor of PJ Media who has written extensively on Omar over the past three years.

In his article, Steinberg claims:

“In 1995, Ilhan entered the United States as a fraudulent member of the ‘Omar’ family. That is not her family. The Omar family is a second, unrelated family which was being granted asylum by the United States. The Omars allowed Ilhan, her genetic sister Sahra, and her genetic father Nur Said to use false names to apply for asylum as members of the Omar family.”

He goes on to claim that Omar’s real name, before applying for asylum, was Ilhan Nur Said Elmi. The family split up in 1995 when three of her siblings were granted asylum by the United Kingdom, including Ahmed Nur Said Elmi, whom Omar allegedly married in 2009 and divorced in 2017. As The Minnesota Sun has previously reported, this alleged marriage to her brother occurred at a time of massive immigration fraud.

Steinberg cites as his sources multiple members of the “Minneapolis Somali community,” who claim that Omar was born as Ilhan Nur Said Elmi, as well as marriage records, address records, court documents, and online communications that he provides pictures of in his article.

He concludes the article by declaring that law enforcement has enough information to “open an investigation.”

“I believe Scott Johnson, Preya Samsundar, and me, with our three years of articles, columns, and posts, have provided more than enough evidence to give law enforcement authorities probable cause to open an investigation,” he writes.

The Minnesota Sun reached out to Omar’s office for comment on the allegations, but didn’t receive a response.

“We do not share the personal information of refugees, due to privacy considerations,” a State Department spokesperson told The Minnesota Sun in response to a request for confirmation of the information in the article.

How do civil wars happen? 

Two or more sides disagree on who runs the country. And they can't settle the question through elections because they don't even agree that elections are how you decide who's in charge. That's the basic issue here. Who decides who runs the country? When you hate each other but accept the election results, you have a country. 

When you stop accepting election results, you have a countdown to a civil war. 

The Mueller investigation is about removing President Trump from office and overturning the results of an election. We all know that. But it's not the first time they've done this. The first time a Republican president was elected this century, they said he didn't really win. The Supreme Court gave him the election. There's a pattern here. 

What do sure odds of the Democrats rejecting the next Republican president really mean? It means they don't accept the results of any election that they don't win. It means they don't believe that transfers of power in this country are determined by elections. That's a civil war. 

There's no shooting. At least not unless you count the attempt to kill a bunch of Republicans at a charity baseball game practice But the Democrats have rejected our system of government

This isn't dissent. It's not disagreement. You can hate the other party. You can think they're the worst thing that ever happened to the country. But then you work harder to win the next election.

When you consistently reject the results of elections that you don't win, what you want is a dictatorship. Your very own dictatorship. 

The only legitimate exercise of power in this country, according to Democrats, is its own. Whenever Republicans exercise power, it's inherently illegitimate. The Democrats lost Congress. They lost the White House. So what did they do? They began trying to run the country through Federal judges and bureaucrats. Every time that a Federal judge issues an order saying that the President of the United States can't scratch his own back without his say so, that's the civil war.

Our system of government is based on the constitution, but that's not the system that runs this country. The Democrat's system is that any part of government that it runs gets total and unlimited power over the country. 

If the Democrats are in the White House, then the president can do anything And I mean anything. He can have his own amnesty for illegal aliens. He can fine you for not having health insurance. His power is unlimited. He's a dictator. 

But when Republicans get into the White House, suddenly the President can't do anything. He isn't even allowed to undo the illegal alien amnesty that his predecessor illegally invented. A Democrat in the White House has 'discretion' to completely decide every aspect of immigration policy. A Republican doesn't even have the 'discretion' to reverse him. That's how the game is played That's how our country is run. Sad but true, although the left hasn't yet won that particular fight. 

When a Democrat is in the White House, states aren't even allowed to enforce immigration law. But when a Republican is in the White House, states can create their own immigration laws. Under Obama, a state wasn't allowed to go to the bathroom without asking permission but, under Trump, Jerry Brown can go around saying that California is an independent republic and sign treaties with other countries. 

The Constitution has something to say about that. 

Whether it's Federal or State, Executive, Legislative or Judiciary, the left moves power around to run the country. If it controls an institution, then that institution is suddenly the supreme power in the land. This is what I call a moving dictatorship.

 Donald Trump has caused the Shadow Government to come out of hiding: Professional government is a guild. Like medieval guilds. You can't serve in if you're not a member. If you haven't been indoctrinated into its arcane rituals. If you aren't in the club. And Trump isn't in the club. He brought in a bunch of people who aren't in the club with him. 

Now we're seeing what the pros do when amateurs try to walk in on them. They spy on them, they investigate them, and they send them to jail. They use the tools of power to bring them down. That's not a free country. 

It's not a free country when FBI agents who support Hillary take out an 'insurance policy' against Trump winning the election. It's not a free country when Obama officials engage in massive unmasking of the opposition It's not a free country when the media responds to the other guy winning by trying to ban the conservative media that supported him from social media. It's not a free country when all of the above collude together to overturn an election because the guy who wasn't supposed to win did. 

Have no doubt, we're in a civil war between conservative volunteer government and a leftist Democrat professional government.

Paul Ryan, AKA Dirt Bag

So, that great phony, lying SOB, Paul Ryan is coming out with a book essentially mentioning his displeasure with President Trump.  Now why is that?  Simply because President Trump was not a member of the swamp and was exposing the swamp that included both democrats and republicans.   What is the swamp?  The lying members of congress that were not representing those who voted for them, but for those that are funneling money into their accounts and their party.  President Trump has exposed the swamp for what they really are, a bunch of corrupt members that wanted to maintain control of the government in their hands and not the voting public.  


So what did Paul Ryan accomplish in Congress.  Absolutely nothing.  But he came across as a great legislator that was keeping the government in check and deficit down.  Well, while Obama and Ryan were in office, we saw reckless spending and a deficit explode from $10 Trillion to $20 Trillion.  Also, as far as the ACA (AKA Obamacare) is concerned, Paul Ryan promised that if the republican could gain control of the House, they could stop Obamacare.  We gave the republicans the House, but then Ryan said we need to have the Senate also since the democratic controlled Senate would not pass their legislation.  We gave the republicans the Senate and then Ryan said any legislation we pass would be vetoed by President Obama so we also need to keep the House and Senate and get a republican in the White House.  So, we gave the republicans and Paul Ryan the White House.   However, President Trump was not the candidate these swamp creatures wanted as Trump was going to exposed them for what they were, corrupt. 


Based on the Ryan’s rhetoric, they were ready to pass a repeal of Obamacare if they got the White House.  But, the day after Trump took office, one would think the republicans would begin the process of passing the Paul Ryan promise of repealing Obamacare legislation.  However, what we learned is Paul Ryan was lying to the voters and the republicans had no such legislation.  The new congress took office on January 3^rd of 2017, Trump was sworn in on January 20^th and between those 17 days the republicans did nothing.  In those 17 days, they could have passed legislation and had it on the president’s desk on January 21^st.   Paul Ryan’s hate of President Trump is the reason why he was a speaker of a do nothing House.  So, the republicans loss the house in the 2018 election the hate Trump democrats took control.  So now all what we see and hear is more hate against Trump from what has become the Socialist Party and the publicity arm of the socialist, the lying news media.  


Now, why have we been witness to all this hate?  President Trump is an outsider, is exposing the corruption in government agencies (FBI,DOJ,CIA, DNI, IRS) and others that were making the decisions and not congress or the executive branch.  Trump came along and has disrupted their efforts and what we then are witnessing is the silent coup to undo the 2016 election.  What people do not understanding is the push for the impeachment of President Trump, would also include Vice-President Pence who would have to be included in this conspiracy or the impeachment of just Trump would not give these swamp creatures the presidency.  With a successful impeachment of Trump and Pence, Nancy Pelosi would be next in line to be president.  Voila!.  The swamp would have accomplish the coup and the swamp would be back in power.

Pay inequality

With the women winning the women’s world soccer tournament, we have been hearing all about pay inequality in sports.  Well, part of the problem is that the mens soccer association had an income of approximately $5.5 billion while the women’s association brought in $132 million.  With this income disparity, the women would naturally get less than the men.  Pushing for pay equality in sports will see the demise of women’s sports.  For instance, in the mens major golf tournaments, the winner receives approximately $2 million and the women much less than $1 million.  If the women demanded the same winners share, there would be very few womens golf tournament since it would not be financially feasible. It is just the nature of the beast.  Male sports bring in more income than female sports, not to diminish women sports and their success, but it is what it is.   


In business, if the women and men are performing the same job function, then yes they should receive the same pay, but in sports, it is the income that is generated that will determine the pay structure.

The Socialist Democratic Party and their ilk

The Socialist Party (formerly democrats) are upset that Russia attempted to interfere in our elections and yet they prefer having illegal immigrants vote in our elections.  So for every illegal who votes, cancels out the vote of a US citizen.  Go figure. 


By the way, Russia donated $0 dollars to the Trump campaign, but donated over $145 million to the Clinton Foundation and Trump is the one that gets investigated.

Five signers were captured by the British as traitors, and tortured before they died. Twelve had their homes ransacked and burned. Two lost their sons serving in the Revolutionary Army; another had two sons captured. Nine of the 56 fought and died from wounds or hardships of the Revolutionary War. Carter Braxton of Virginia, a wealthy planter and trader, saw his ships swept from the seas by the British Navy. He sold his home and properties to pay his debts, and died in rags. Thomas McKeam was so hounded by the British that he was forced to move his family almost constantly.  He served in the Congress without pay, and his family was kept in hiding. His possessions were taken from him, and poverty was his reward. Vandals or soldiers looted the properties of Dillery, Hall, Clymer, Walton, Gwinnett, Heyward, Ruttledge, and Middleton. At the battle of Yorktown, Thomas Nelson,Jr., noted that the British General Cornwallis had taken over the Nelson home for his headquarters. He quietly urged General George Washington to open fire. Hispanic pastors visit border facilities and say claims by AOC and the liberal media are far from the truth

Hispanic pastors visited U.S. migrant border facilities and insisted that these camps aren't at all what some in the liberal media are making them out to be.

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-N.Y.) visited the facilities at the U.S. southern border after branding them " concentration camps." She received heavy criticism from both sides of the aisle, but later — after having visited the camps — insisted that the facilities are as bad as she initially thought.

After a visit at facilities located in El Paso and Clint, Texas, the freshman congresswoman insisted that detainees were drinking from toilets. She also insisted that Border Patrol agents did not make her feel safe on her trip.

What are the details?

Several Hispanic pastors visited the detention centers to form their own opinions on the conditions inside. They stated that the camps are both humane and well-run by federal officials.

According to Fox News, "Rev. Samuel Rodriguez was 'full of indignation' when he saw the reports and heard from politicians about the deplorable and inhumane conditions for illegal immigrants at an El Paso County, Texas, migrant detention center."

What Rodriguez saw during a visit, according to Fox News, was "drastically different" from what was being reported.

Rodriguez, who is president of the National Hispanic Christian Leadership Conference, previously advised former Presidents Bush, Obama, and Trump on matters of immigration.

On Monday, he announced that he didn't feel any need to be concerned over the camps at the border.

"I read the reports, I saw the news clips," he said. "I just wanted to see what was actually happening in order to better enable our efforts to find a fair and a just solution to our broken immigration system."

"To my surprise," he continued, "I saw something drastically different from the stories I've been hearing in our national discourse. Even as a veteran of immigration advocacy in the U.S., I was shocked at the misinformation of the crisis at the border."

"We found no soiled diapers, no deplorable conditions, and no lack of basic necessities," he insisted. "We were witnessing the identical conditions the attorneys saw when they toured the facility days earlier."

What else?

Rep. Dan Crenshaw (R-Texas) also took aim at Ocasio-Cortez's rhetoric on the detention facilities during a Tuesday night Fox News interview.

Crenshaw argued that Democrats were simply lying about conditions of the camps.

"It's sad to see, [Ocasio-Cortez is] getting bolder with her lies on this, and this is what is actually happening, and this is what the American people need to understand," he insisted.

"People like AOC are operating off of a false premise, and it's deliberately designed to misinform the American people for her own political ends, right? Remember first there was no crisis at all, OK? Then it was a manufactured crisis, then it was a crisis completely created by Trump, then there were concentration camps, then people are Nazis," Crenshaw recalled.

"Now," he continued, "[Ocasio-Cortez is] saying that border patrol harassed her and forced migrants to drink out of toilets?"

Crenshaw added, "This is insanity. This is not true — there's just nobody else corroborating these kinds of reports. And yet, she's using it to try to make her case that we shouldn't have any enforcement and that we should have open borders."

"This is really dishonest behavior from a member of Congress, and I honestly can't believe it," he concluded.

President Trump's visit to the DMZ

The president goes to South Korea after the G20 conference and with PM of South Korea meets Kim Jong-un at the DMZ and crosses into North Korea with the North Korean president.  His visit with the North Korean leader lasted approximately one hour. A discussion on nuclear disarmament as well as other topics were discussed and it appears delegates from both the US and NK will meet again to pick up where the previous meeting in Singapore ended.  Now, (those 3 magic words again) one would think, any effort to diffuse any misunderstandings with a rogue regime dictator would be a benefit to the world, especially after the G20 meeting with another dictator, Xi Jinping, the current communist leader of China that has been ripping us off for years.  But, this does not fly with the lying news media as they blah, blah that this was all a photo op and nothing more.  Now, when former President Obama visited Cuba and met with their dictators and attended a baseball game with them, the media went ecstatic that this was just about the greatest thing since Jesus rose from the dead.  The candidates of the Socialist Party running for president opined the same storyline. The news media and the Socialist Party have nothing but hate and more hate rhetoric against this president.  No matter what success President Trump has, these organizations and their news media comrades will always find fault.  As many have said, even if President Trump came up with a cure for cancer, the news report would be negative. 

We might add, since President Trump imposed restrictions on North Korea we have not seen the North fire any more long range missiles over Japan and the threat of firing these missiles towards Guam.  But, that gets no mention in the hate filled medial rhetoric.  As we strangle the North with restrictions, and a threat to the area diffused, the hate continues. 

Anyone that would tolerate this hate and continue his agenda for the good of this country, shows his dedication to this country, especially since he could have just gone to Mar-a-Largo or his other golf courses and relax while his family ran his business.  But, no, he saw where the socialist/Marxist swamp were leading this country and he sacrificed himself for the good of the country.  When was the last time anybody did this?  I think we would have to go back to the Revolutionary War or the Civil War.  The swamp has been exposed and we can only hope the DOJ will prosecute all those involved in their attempt at a silent coup. After all, it is the members of the Socialist Party that have stated recently, that nobody is above the law.  I wonder when the indictments come down, will they be singing the same tune?
