Democrats upset over Healthcare bill

It seems the democrats in the House and Senate are upset that they have not been able to review, comment or add amendments to the republican healthcare bill.  I seem to recall a certain House democrat stating a few years back that "We have to pass the bill before we know what is in it."  How short the memories of democrats are.   Naturally, I have not heard anybody in the news media put that question to Nancy Pelosi or Chuck Schumer.  Then again I have not heard anybody in the news media ask Paul Ryan why he did not pass the repeal bill that Obama vetoed in 2015 again.  If it was good then, why all the BS today.
