James Comey, the FBI and the FIX was in

Listened to FBI Director James Comey today on his report on the Clinton Emails.  From the beginning of his speech up to nearly the end it was becoming obvious that charges would be preferred against Hillary Clinton for gross negligence in how she handled he Email.  The FBI Director also indicated that there was many Emails that were marked Classified, Highly Classified, Confidential and Top Secret and that Hillary and her staff should have known this and were extremely careless.  These Emails were marked before they were sent to Hillary, so Comey indicated that Hillary lied to American people.  Comey also indicated that anyone in Hillary’s position should have known how to handle these Emails.  

The statue in question does not require intention but just gross negligence and some government employees have already indicated they would be prosecuted for doing less.  Comey also indicated that Hillary Clinton had used more than one private server and that many in government knew she had a private server and that reference seems to include President Obama.  

In addition, Comey indicated that it is extremely likely that her hand devices she used when outside the country were accessed by foreign governments or individuals.

I guess General David Patraeus must be looking at what happen to him and wonder why me and not Hillary whose actions were much worse.  

This is why I say the fix was in and now you have a better understand on the meeting between Bill Clinton and AG Loretta Lynch and President Obama campaigning with Hillary today.  If charges were going to be filed, Obama would not be out on the campaign trail with Hillary.

FBI Director Comey laid out a case of gross negligence according to Federal Statue and yet recommends nothing.   We now have to question Comey’s action and who got to him.   

But we can rest assured based on the lies Hillary said on Benghazi and for the past year on her Emails that she did not send or receive confidential or classified Emails was a lie.  So we have a person running for president that has repeatedly lied to the American public where she has a history from the time of Bill Clinton as president.  We had filegate, travelgate, Watergate and Fast and Furious among others.  Plus the right wing conspiracy on Bill having sex in the White House.  Another lie, but what else is new.

I guess if the voting public does care about honesty, integrity and trust in a president, then they will vote for Hillary.

Now the question to ask, who got to Comey?   Is it the same person or group that got to Judge Roberts?
