The Governors and COVID-19

Certain governors, especially in California, Michigan, Illinois’, New York, including NYC Mayor and Maine to name a few states believe they have the power over the constitution and your rights under the constitution they can suspend at will.  This is a reminder of Germany in 1930’s when a little tyrant took control of the government and we know what happen and how that ended.  AG Barr has instructed the local DOJ attorneys to review these governments and see if what violations of our constitution rights are involved.  COVID-19 may require certain guidelines to prevent the spread of this virus, but no governor can suspend our constitutional rights.  This is what they are doing as they have become power crazy where they are the law.  These elected officials as well as law enforcement agencies all have taken an oath to defend the constitution.  In many counties in California, the sheriffs have indicated they will not be enforcing the order of the dictator, Gov. Newsome.  These governors have created a police state and unfortunately, the local police officers are enforcing these illegal dictates with arrest and summonses.  Those involved in these actions that are obvious violations of our constitutional rights must be prosecuted.  The German guards at the death camps tried to say they were only following orders, did not work and should not work in this case either.  We have a constitution and these rights that many have shed their blood to protect, must not be given up at the whim of elected officials who believe the constitution be dammed and they are the power.
