Democratic Republic Vs. Communism

We are witnessing this difference first hand.   The United States is not a democracy, but a Democratic Republic form of Government.  We have direct election of our president and not by members of a parliament.  We are supposed to have a government of the people, by the people and for the people but now you are seeing how the governors in the socialist party living up to their party’s name.  Socialism is no different from Marxism, communism and progressivism.  We see the governors of California, Illinois, Michigan, New Jersey, Maine, NY and the mayor of NYC demonstrating what it is like living under a communist regime.  They believe what they say is the law and you must obey or be arrested, issued a summons or your license to operate a business removed.  In addition, in California you can go to the beach and walk only on the wet sand while in NYC if you even go to the beach you will be arrested.  This is what tyranny is like.  You see this today in Venezuela, Cuba, North Korea and China among other countries.  In China, if you speak out against communist government, you will disappear never to be seen again.   

Now we know the socialist party want to add mail in ballots to our election process.  Under this method, one will never know what actually happens to their ballot.  It could be collected and switch to the candidate a particular party wants.  They also want to eliminate the Electoral College so only the most popular state will control all elections and the other 38 to 40 states and go screw themselves.  To have a government of the people, by the people and for the people, all votes must count and not just the votes from some 10 or so states.   This is why our Founding Fathers put the Electoral College in the constitution because they knew of the 13 original states, just 3 or 4 would control the vote so the Electoral College was established.  This also means a person can be elected president and not have the popular vote.  This happen to Bill Clinton and Trump.  It was okay during the Clinton election but not for the Trump election.  What happen in the Trump election is California gave Hillary much more votes than most other states.  This shows why the Electoral College is necessary so all votes will have meaning and not just a select view states.  But if you believe socialism or communism is the way to go, then move to one of the above mentioned states and enjoy your restricted life.  When all these restrictions have ended, you will see a ton of lawsuits on violating constitutional rights.
