DACA

I am waiting for someone to give me the chapter and verse in our constitution where it is written that any president can make laws and legislation and not just Congress.  If this was the case, then President Trump could do an executive order directing Congress to work 265 days a year like everyone else, and another executive order that you can only serve 12 total years in Congress whether in the House or Senate.  In addition, every year they do not balance the budget the salary of Congress is cut 20%. Of course we know the members of Congress that support the illegal unconstitutional action by former Pres. Obama would not go for that, but the illegal DACA program is acceptable even if unconstitutional.

The constitutional only comes into play when a program or action by the president does not meet their ideology.
