Where is the ACLU?

We have governors issuing degrees that are in violation of the 1^st and 2^nd Amendments of our constitution and the ACLU remains silent.   Governors that try to restrict abortion, especially during this pandemic as selective surgery, the ACLU goes ballistic.  Oh, I get it, these governors are republicans and those that violate the 1^st and 2^nd Amendment are democrats.  Now explains everything.  I guess the ACLU is not for all Americans civil liberties, just a select few.
