Did the walking dead vote on Nov. 8?

With Green Party candidate and loser Jill Stein demanding a recount of the election results in Wisconsin, Michigan and Pennsylvania it makes one wonder if she received information that the Walking Dead actually voted in these states.  With Hillary Clinton joining in on this recount, I feel this may be the reason since the dead have been voting in Chicago since the beginning of time and Chicago is a democratic run city.  It could be the walking dead actually woke up and realized they have not benefited under the democrats over the past 8 years.  However, if they had declared themselves illegal, they may have.
