Obamacare, the lies and the politics and screw the public

Now that we are seeing the boondoggle commonly known as Obamacare (AKA The Affordable Care Act) we are beginning to hear rumbles from some Democrats that maybe the roll out of Obamacare should be delayed a year.  I had to listen to this twice to make sure I was hearing correctly until I realized why they wanted this.  It seems, aside from all members of the House up for re-election next year, there are approximately 12 Democratic Senators, all who voted for Obamacare, that face an election in 2014.

Some Republicans tried to move towards defunding Obamacare recently and then the Republicans moved towards delaying implementation of Obamacare for a year.  However, since the House at least 42 times passed legislation to repeal Obamacare that was never taken up by the Senate and placed in the cylinder file by Harry Reid, I believe if you bought it, you keep it.  That is, this is there baby, they wanted it, they did it behind closed doors and forced it down our throats without any support from Republicans and now they see a possible election problem in 2014.

This is not about what is good for the American people and not about complying with our constitution but all about getting elected, remaining in power and keeping their party in power.

I strongly recommend to the Republicans that they do not acquiesce to the call for a delay of implementation.  The Republicans gave the Democrats many opportunities to fix, delay or defund this Obamacare monstrosity and all their efforts were rejected.  So again, they wanted it, we had to pass it to see what was in it, so they can keep it and the Republicans should reject any attempts to delay implementation of Obamacare at this time.

I also might add, that most Republicans suck also, but they are a few years behind the Democrats in this.  We should be voting for only those candidates that put our constitution first in any decisions they make and allow sufficient time for the citizens to view potential legislation for at least one month and not 4 days if they allow that at all.   Who can read a 2700 page bill in 4 days and actually understand it.  And, why do bills have to be 2700 pages.  After all, our constitution is only takes up 4 pages.  But then again, that was written not to confuse the people or benefit a particular person or group.
