Trump, Hillary and our Constitution

Aside from the rhetoric we have listened too in this campaign, we may not have been listening clearly to what each candidate has been saying that will affect our way of live and our freedom and liberties that this country has enjoyed for over 230 years.  That is the freedoms given to us under our constitution that has been under attack for over 15 years.  

Hillary has indicated that she does not like the 2^nd Amendment and believes there must be some type of restrictions on our 1^st Amendment.  Now those of us that have knowledge of our history and our constitution know that the constitution can only be changed through the Amendment process.   However, we have witnessed over the two Obama terms that he has done his best to circumvent the constitution through the executive order process that through court action have been found to be unconstitutional.  Obama has been attempting to become a dictator and due his own legislation if Congress will not pass what he wants.  We elect our representatives to Congress to prevent such action.  Although, some members of Congress seem to forget why they were elected and may actually not understand our constitution.   They would rather remain in their position enjoying the power and control aside from the $174,000  salary plus other perks, rather than actually represent the people who elected them.  

What Hillary has indicated in the debates and in other venues, is that she wants to nominate Supreme Court Justices that will reflect her ideology, (Socialism, Marxism) rather than rule according to words in the constitution.  Many of these progressives believe the constitution is a living, breathing document and can be changed to reflect the times of the present day, ignoring the amendment process.  They know, they will never get the constitution changed to reflect their ideology, so they will use the Supreme Court.  Of course the Supreme Court is supposed to have Justices that understand the constitution and any decisions must be based on the constitution as written, not as interpreted according to any ideology. (Left or right).

So, based on what Hillary has been saying over the past year,  you can rest assured you will lose your constitutional rights that the radical left (Also known as Progressives) hate and would rather have all your rights come from government and not God as indicated in our Declaration of Independence.  “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that we are endowed by our Creator with certain unalienable Rights that among them are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness”.  I might add that originally it was going to be Life, Liberty and Property, but was changed as the Founders felt Property may encourage more slavery.  In 2006, the then Senator Obama had indicated in an interview that these rights were negative rights and instead should come from government.  What he was saying was government should be the controller of your rights and not God as indicated above.  This is why this election will determine the future of our country and our rights.  

Also, you have heard Hillary discuss herself as being an advocate for children and children rights, but does not believe the child in the womb should have any rights until birth.  She believes abortion should be acceptable up until the last day of pregnancy.  If you do not know or understand what an abortion is like in the closing days of pregnancy, you have lost your thought processes.  It is disgusting and a human slaughter as they rip the child from the womb.  A child that is ready to be born and hopefully live for many years.  But Hillary believes such hope should be squashed. 

Contrary to what the Hillary controlled media is saying, Trump has pledged to nominate Justices to the Supreme Court who will rule according to the written constitution and not any ideology interpretation. (Left or Right)  Trump believes in the Bill of Rights has indicated they must be preserved and no Supreme Court should take them away.  

Trump like many former pro-abortion advocates have, has changed his opinion on abortion and is against abortion in contrast to Hillary, but understands that Roe V. Wade is the law of the land and cannot be changed at this time.  But, we all know the public opinion on abortion is nearly 60% against abortion and only through public outcry can this be changed.  That is, the mind of the voter must come to understand the mental and physical health to the potential mother and father abortion has and the procedure used to destroy the child in the womb.  

Trump is also a business person and understands that undue government regulations can adversely affect businesses both monetarily and in employment.  Businesses cannot survive if they are unduly taxed into oblivion or through the regulation process.  Hillary believes in raising taxes and spending, spending and spending.  Trump believes in controlling spending and reviewing all spending bills and agency spending to bring this under control.  He understands one cannot spend themselves into prosperity.  If this was possible, we would all be doing it.  Government must be run as if it has a limited income source, just like each citizen must review their spending habits to make sure they do not go bankrupt.  That is the key to getting our debt under control.  Government cannot promise everything to all without taxing each citizen into bankruptcy.  There is just so much money each citizen can give through taxation, without seeing their income decrease and consequently their spending decrease that would create a recession of immense proportions and bankrupt the government.  Socialism has never worked and will never work. 

So this election think long and hard on who will lead us out of our dismal economic times we have been witnessing for the past 8 years and the endless money spent in Iraq and Afghanistan without our enemies being destroyed.  Talk is cheap, but forcible action using our military might with the assistance of those countries that have an interest in seeing ISIS destroyed.  If we show leadership, then other countries will not hesitate to engage in joint operations to defeat ISIS and have all those migrants fleeing to return to their home country and not create a burden to those countries they have fled too.  Defeating ISIS, creating safe zones and calling the enemy what they are “Radical Islamic Terrorist” is what we need.  Identify the enemy and destroy them before they create havoc throughout the world, especially in our own backyard. 

This is the choice this election.   Be free or become slaves to government tyranny.
