A quote attributed to a few people, but the follows of Trotsky, and Karl Marx like to claim a similar ideology in using whatever means necessary or required to accomplish the end result you want.  We have seen that with the lies President Obama and his cronies use to sell the public on Obamacare (ACA).  You can keep your doctor, you will save $2500 a year and you can keep your insurance company.  All lies as many have found out and more will when the rates increase and loss of their insurance company come January.  This is the ideology of Hillary Clinton that she acquired under the training of the radical Saul Alinsky and is using in this election by promising a chicken in every pot, government investment (spending) and not discussing the enormous debt her economic plans will create in addition to the $20 Trillion debt, $10 Trillion accumulated during the Obama administration.  But, if the voters remain dumb and stupid, she may be president and we will see our income shrink and taxes rise.  When taxes go up, it is the middle class that takes the brunt of the tax bill.
