How to solve the border crisis

Very simple.  To those South American countries, we just take the money we are giving them in aid and apply it towards addressing the illegal immigrants coming into this country.  Use this money to clothe and feed them and then send them back with the understanding if they want to come to this country, do it legally and go to the US Embassy in their country for completing the proper papers.  Also, it is claimed that these illegals are from poor families, but no one seems to explain how they got thousands of dollars to give to the cartels to travel to this country.  Just a thought.
