2nd Amendment not Absolute

So ChinaJoebiden in his speech Thursday said the 2nd amendment is not absolute. In that case, all 25 amendments are not absolute and therefore we can use the 25th amendment, interpreting the way we want, to get rid ChinaJoebiden for being incompetent. Just send him home to his basement.  He will never know anyway.
