Paul Ryan, Congress and Pres. Trump

Paul Ryan and the Rinos are attempting to show Pres. Trump that Trump is not the new sheriff in town and that all power in Congress goes through Paul Ryan.  As a result, Congress did not pass a replacement for Obamacare and is slow to develop a new tax policy.  Everything must be done according to Ryan.  The health plan Ryan and his Rinos put forth was a flop simply because he performed a democratic maneuver by not allowing members of Congress to view the bill and refused to allow amendments during Congressional hearings.  When members finally got the opportunity to review the bill, they realized it was a load of BS and not what Ryan and the Rinos promised for nearly 7 years to repeal and replace.  So, for all those years, Ryan, former speaker Boehner and the Rinos actually did not have a repeal and replacement bill ready to go.  They hoodwinked Pres. Trump into believing the Ryan way was the way to go.  It comes down to “fool me once your mistake, fool me twice my mistake”.  Pres. Trump is a smart business man and he knows if Ryan was one of his staff, he would have been fired.  So Ryan is digging his own grave.  He was not a supporter of Trump and still is not, although he tries to speak differently giving a false impression.  Hopefully, Ryan’s days are numbered and we can have a new speaker who actually believes the country comes first not the individual or party.
We must also realize that what Ryan says can adversely affect the economy and Wall Street as we saw today when he mentioned in England about a delay in doing tax reform.  Again, it is all about Ryan.

So, what we have seen this month is Congress has worked 8 days, this month while our president, whether you like him or not, has worked 7 days a week since his inauguration and Congress has worked an average of 3 days a week.  For that, we pay them $174,000 plus expenses and you wondered why we need term limits.  But one statement holds true, “criminals will not legislate against themselves”.  We must contact our representatives and demand they work for their money and do 5 days a week.  We are witnessing international threats to our country and others, but for Congress, when vacation calls, vacation it is.
