Time for Constitution Convention

With the Republican gains in Governorships and state legislators, it is time for the states to call for a Constitutional convention to pass two amendments. One for a balance budget and the other for term limits for Congress. Term limits should be 4 terms for House members (8 years) and 2 terms for Senators (12 years) The U.S. Constitution requires 2/3 of the states (34) to call for a convention and 3/4 (38) of the states to pass amendments.
