What Democrats do not know

It is interesting to hear some Democratic members of Congress claim, when speaking about H.R. 3200, the government healthcare bill, they like to quote from the Constitution by stating, “That men are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and pursuit of Happiness”. The only problem with this argument is that this is not written in the Constitution but the Declaration of Independence. It only goes to show that many members of Congress have no idea what is in the Constitution and this is why they are trying to have government control of all aspects of our lives that is something we fought against England over 230 years ago.
