The Democratic lies, hate in the media and threats of physical violence

With all the hoopla over the children entering the country illegally being separated from their so called parents, we are witnessing a continuation of the hate of President Trump not only by the democrats, but the fake news media that continues to lie and deceive the public as well as becoming co-conspirators with the radical left on engaging in false rhetoric. 

The votes were in, Hillary lost, but that is unacceptable by the media, the now the Democratic Marxist party and their ilk.  But they like to claim that Hillary received more votes than Trump.  But, our Founding Fathers knew better that without the Electoral College, that only the most populated states could control presidential election if the popular vote was used and other states would have no say in these elections. 

Now, we are hearing and seeing disturbing videos and rhetoric on social media pushing for violence against employees of government agencies involved in border protection and apprehension of illegals entering this country.  But the radical Marxist/communism left are attempting to create havoc in a vain attempt to overthrow our government and Constitutional Republic as they push for a socialist/Marxist form of government.  Just listening to these radicals explains exactly what they want.  They are under the belief that only socialism can solve all problems.  Of course, if questioned where socialism/Marxism or communism has been successful, they have no answer or state that these ideologies were never implemented correctly.  Cuba, Venezuela, North Korea and a few South American countries are the perfect example why such form of government will never work.   Our Founders knew that a Constitutional Republic is the only form of government placing power in the hands of the people and not the elitist or powerful families.  However, the FBI, DOJ, other agencies, the Clintons and the Obama administration attempted to change that as we are witnessing today with the conspiracy to overthrow the Trump administration using a phony Russian Dossier, collusion and obstruction that is not working.  So now they are using the Illegal immigration issue in another vain attempt to overthrow Trump by winning the majority in Congress. This too shall fail. 

But these radicals believe we should have no borders and people should be able to enter of leave this country anytime they want.  Of course, if one was honest in their thinking, they would be scratching their head on that one.  Imagine what this country would be like if that happened.  We would have anarchy, violence, murders, a non-responsive government and everyone for themselves.  But this is exactly what the democrats have been pushing even today.  No borders and anyone who wants to come into this country, should be permitted to enter.  The democrats actually are under the illusion they will win both the House and Senate in November.  That is why they will not address or offer any legislative bill to address border security and immigration.  Maybe this is what former President Obama meant when he campaigned on “Fundamentally Transforming the United States of America”.   But, the threat of violence we read on social media and in interviews of these radicals, may force some radicals to take their form of justice into their own hands.  If that happens, the democrats by their inaction will share most of the responsibility for any violence.  During the Obama administration they all came out against illegal immigration and today with a republican in the White House, they do a 180 degree turn.  So much for honesty.

“It Felt Really Good”: DOJ Employee Among Socialists Harassing Homeland Secretary Kirstjen Nielson At Restaurant

Two days ago, Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen was effectively chased from a restaurant by protesters screaming at her and her companion.  The scene at MXDC Cocina Mexicana was shocking to most of us who have decried the loss of civility in today’s political discourse.  One person clearly not shocked was Rep. Jackie Speier (D., Cal.) who defended the protesters and blamed it on Trump’s divisive political rhetoric.  While the protest seemed clearly organized, Speier portrayed it as a spontaneous expression of anger by citizens in her interview on CNN.  The scene was very disturbing as was the apparent impunity exercised by the protesters in shutting down a restaurant.  It now appears that it was a protest by the Democratic Socialists of America and one of those participating was a DOJ employee, Allison Hrabar.  Hrabar is reportedly a paralegal specialist and her participation could raise again our long-standing debate over the punishment of employees for comments or actions taken outside of the workplace.

We have followed cases where people have been fired after boorish or insulting conduct once their names and employers are made known. (here and here). This includes YouTube videos and drunken scenes.

Hrabar is quoted in aWashington Examiner report saying “It feels really good to confront people who are actually responsible, which is what we have a unique opportunity to do in D.C.”  That “unique opportunity” could cost Hrabar her job.  This was not just a protest but arguably disturbing the peace and trespass.

The legality of the protest is key.  Before addressing the more difficult issues speech content, there is the threshold question of the legality of the protest.

There are some concerns on the participation itself.  A federal employee is allowed to participate in protests or advocate for changes.  They are not allowed to support or oppose a political party or candidate for a partisan political office or partisan political group while at work or wearing a uniform.  This includes postings on social media during work hours.  If she advocated for the Socialist party or made social media protests during work hours, she could have serious ramifications.

The Hatch Act allows “less restricted” employee to participate in partisan political campaigns while off-duty.  She is presumed not a “further restricted” DOJ employee as someone who is SES or an ALJ judges or employee of the criminal division, FBI etc.

A different issue will arise after police find the intern who screamed profanities to President Trump in the Capitol.  This was presumably during the course of her duties since she used her intern badge to gain access to the Capitol.

Hrabar dismissed her status as a DOJ employee and encouraged others to engage is such confrontations: “If you see these people in public, you should remind them that they shouldn’t have peace. We aren’t the only ones who can do this. Anyone who sees Kirstjen Nielsen at dinner, anyone who sees anyone who works at DHS and ICE at dinner can confront them like this, and that’s what we hope this will inspire people to do.”

She previously posted anti-Trump comments on social media, though her account has now been made private.

Now that Hrabar has self-identified, the question is whether MXDC will press charges. It is not clear if the restaurant ever notified police despite two of its patrons being abused inside the restaurant. The restaurant serves many politicians and officials who assume that the establishment will act to protect its patrons from such harassment.  If charges are brought, Hrabar may find the First Amendment is less protective than she assumed.

Separated children

The children have entered the country in the company of adults, many of whom are not family members.  But, this does not stop the hateful rhetoric we see from the radical left, the democrats and their Marxist supporters.  However, we do not hear any outcry from these same groups when a child is taken from the womb during abortion and does not have the chance at life with their parents.  The killing of a child in the womb is acceptable, but the housing of a child in a suitable facility while their adult companion is arrested is not.  So, either we put the child on the other side of the border and let Mexico take care of the child or we incarcerate the child with the parent, if the adult is the parent that may yet have been proven. 

But, these children are coming from El Salvador, Guatemala, and other South American countries supposedly seeking refuge from violence in their country.  So, one would think they would leave there and go to the first country that would free them from this violence, like Mexico.  But, no, they continue on their trek to the United States where the open door policy of the two previous administrations created what we are seeing today.  Why did we not see this outrage during the Obama administration that also separated children from their adult traveling companions?   Politics.   Rather than solve the issue the democrats want to prevent any legislation from being passed that would correct this problem.  But, why do that when they have the fake news media continually, 24 hours a day discussing this issue while their initial effort to remove Trump involved Russian collusion or obstruction that is failing.  They see the handwriting on the wall on the abuse within the FBI and DOJ to prevent Trump from becoming president and how all this led to the Mueller as special prosecutor falling apart. 

But Sen. Schumer has said the president could change all this with the stroke of a pen through an executive order.  However, what he fails to mention, no president can override any legislation passed by Congress.  To do so, would mean the president has become a dictator and can do anything or change any law.  But the president could order his departments to ignore congressional legislation, but this has been tried in the Obama administration that was rejected in the courts. 

We are witnessing the destruction of Europe through open borders that has finally awaken a few countries, but it may be too late.  Nobody should be allowed to enter any country illegally, period, Amen.  All countries have borders that some in the radical left would like to see eliminated so people can travel and live wherever they want.  Just think about that for a while and let it sink in and you will see how destructive that would be within any country and lead to extreme violence as different factions kill each other. 

The IG Report, what we are learning

The highly anticipated IG reports comes out after it was reviewed by the FBI and DOJ and certain sections were removed or altered on the pretense of national security.  Of course national security had little meaning when it came to Hillary Clinton having her own server, using unsecured devices to communicate classified information with her staff and others in the Obama administration, including President Obama who also used an unsecured device.  But, they were democrats so it is expected, just like the hacking into the DNC computers, but the FBI was not given access to review as part of their investigation.  So, the DNC can claim Russian hacking, then develop a Russian dossier accusing the Trump campaign of collusion.  But what we have learned is the inflamed rhetoric in the highest levels of both the FBI and DOJ against anything and everything Trump.  How members of the FBI engaged in activity to prevent the Trump election and if elected to destroy his administration.  So, now we know why we have the phony Mueller uncontrolled investigation developed by these conspirators within government.  A government that was on the verge of having us become a police state and would have succeeded if Clinton was elected.  So, criminal activity in government is not prosecuted, but if we engaged in similar activity, we would be behind bars.

I guess what George Orwell wrote in his book, 1984, has become reality, “that all people are equal, just some more equal than others”.    

The IG report, FBI and DOJ

We have learned from reading the IG report and that the stories we have been hearing about the corruption in the FBI and DOJ was true. 

We had the FBI under the direction on Comey becoming an instrument of the Obama administration to derail the Trump campaign by using this agency together with the DOJ under that great leader Loretta Lynch.  This is beyond comprehension, what we see today in 3^rd world countries, the former Soviet Union and Russia today.  What we have learned is the government is dictating who will become president, who will be spied upon and anyone Trump supporter be investigated.  This is still going on today with the Mueller investigation that is attempting to find any type of charge they can level against President Trump to get him impeached. 

Then we must asked what are AG Jeff Sessions and FBI Director Christopher Wray doing to correct this corruption.  I can say that Wray was the supervisor of Andrew Weissmann who had Paul Manafort jailed without charges, or trial in an attempt to orchestrate a deal for Manafort to testify against Trump.  They are attempting to influence Manafort in what they want him to say. 

What some do not know, is that Christopher Wray was the supervisor of Andrew Weissmann when they both were in the DOJ and both were friends with Mueller.  Andrew Weissman was the DOJ attorney that got convictions against Enron officers that were later overturned due to manipulation of evidence to get the convictions.  The discovery was not actually all the evidence that Weissman had.  The evidence that would disproved his case was somehow not presented.  Yet, he is the lead attorney for the Mueller investigation and was never disbarred.  It is amazing how corrupt our government is.  The deep state, Trump haters were doing their best not to get Trump elected and now that he was, doing their best get him removed.  If we as citizens permit this to happen, we are not a constitution republic and George Orwell’s 1984 is here, just 34 years later.  Of course the book was published in 1949.  He must have been psychic.    

The IG report also shows how involved the news media was in attempting to derail Trump.  Trump campaigned to drain the swamp and the swamp people, democrats, republicans, the lobbyist and news media are doing their best to remove Trump from the oval office. 

We know the Obama administration used the NSA, IRS, FBI, DOJ, CIA and DNI to spy on American citizens and yet the Trump haters, (Democratic Party, many Republicans) have not been demanding the exposure of this information. I guess we have a two tier justice system.  The people and the government.  One gets spied on, arrested and the other either gets to retire or keeps their job with some updated training to make sure they do not do it again.  At least until the next presidential election. 

FBI Director Christopher Wray and DOJ Jeff Sessions are in over their head and cannot make the decisions to save our republic.  They are useless and President Trump should have them fired.  

The North Korea Summit

It is a few days since this summit and we are again subjected to the fake news media distorted rhetoric that seems to go on 24 hours a day.  They seem to all read the same report from the democrats and continually repeat themselves regardless of what fake news station you may listen to.

When the Iran deal was made you could hear nothing but praise for this deal that the Obama administration would not submit to Congress as they knew it would never pass. Of course we also learned that nearly $150 billion dollars was flown into Iran using whatever planes they could disguise to deceive congress and the American people. 

This North Korea deal did not require any money to buy a deal as the Clinton and Bush and Obama administration pushed.   But, this has not stopped the fake news and the democrats saying all they can to talk down this deal.  Yet, they had nothing but great praise for the Iran deal that only guaranteed the Iranians a nuclear weapon with our blessing.  What some people fail to understand is,  Obama wanted a Muslim country to have nuclear weapons to counter Israel and be a power player in the Middle East.  He knew the Iranian deal was hogwash, and if the American people actually knew all the facts in this deal, they would be outraged.   Now, the cover is off many of the Obama administration antics to the dismay of the fake news media as well as the democrats that are repeatedly demonstrating their hate of Trump and his administration.  As they are saying, 500 days ago they would have been jumping for joy over this agreement, but now their hate is coming to the surface clouding the good possibility this deal could be.  I only hope they keep up their hate rhetoric as this could be a RED waive this November.  Even some democrats that have not supported any Trump legislation now see their re-election in jeopardy, and are now rethinking their position.  But is it too late?  I hope so.

North Korea meeting

The agreement from the meeting is a small step and a beginning to what could be a change in North Korea’s relationship with the rest of the world.  Promises made by North Korea may be promises kept.   As former President Reagan and Trump have stated, “trust but verify”.  We will see what the future has to offer.  But North Korea may have realized that any use of a nuclear weapon against any country would have made their country a nuclear wasteland.  

They cannot feed their population, but have no problem feeding their military with weapons.   What we have to look for is how the hardliners in the North Korea will respond to any agreement, especially if it involves denuclearization and any movement of troops and equipment from the North/South border.  How much power will Kim have when he returns and will there be a military coup?  The military wants to keep what they have to ensure their jobs and stature in the country.  Power and who has it and who can keep it is what we have to watch.   We know Kim has removed opposition to the point where they have never been seem again.   The waiting game is on.  The ball is in Kim’s court.  Will he follow through with what he signed and promise?
