Executive Orders, Congress, Laws and Bill of Rights

So the republicans are complaining ( in addition to many Americans) that President Obama is exceeding his executive authority with all the executive orders he has released.  Yet, many in the mainstream media as well as other democrats say other presidents have issued much more in the same time frame.  But, we must look at the substance of each order over the number of executive orders.  When the president takes it upon himself to change laws passed by Congress, the question to ask is he exceeding his executive powers?  According to the U.S. Constitution, only congress can pass laws and only congress can change laws.  So, has the president exceeded the power of his office?  This president like all elected officials has taken an oath to defend the constitution from both foreign and domestic threats.  Sometimes I wonder if that threat included himself.  But, while the republicans in congress complain, we see no one taken any action either through going to court or actually saying the "I" word, Impeachment.  When a president is guilty of High Crimes and Misdemeanors, he can be impeached.  This involves charges bringing brought by the House (controlled by republicans) and sent to the Senate ( controlled by democrats), but with the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, Judge Roberts, the judge in charge of the hearing.  So evidence would be presented and then voted by the senate either yea or nay.  However, evidence supporting the impeachment if presented without political rhetoric, then the public would see how the constitution was violated and even if the democrats voted no, the public would have the opportunity to see all the evidence.  Now, this seems simple enough for either option, court or impeachment, but we must not forget that most republicans under the leadership of John Boehner and Mitch McConnell are spineless and will not challenge the president through actions.  They only use words that sound good, but in life we know actions speak louder than words.  The republicans are more concerned about getting elected in the fall over anything that may affect their chances, since we all know that the "R" word racist would surface by the well known puppets of the democrats.  But it is nice to see Sen. Rand Paul is taking the Obama administration, NSA and DOJ to court over their listening to our communications without getting individual search warrants that is supposed to be guaranteed by the 4th amendment.  Either we have a Bill of Rights or we do not and we must support Sen. Paul over this endeavor.  Our freedoms are at stake.  If the administration wins on this issue, your entire freedoms are going the way of the 8 track. 

Debt ceiling going up

So Speaker of the House John Boehner stated today that he will push to pass a clean debt ceiling bill that means our budget deficit will increase almost another Trillion dollars.  This is so easy to do when the government is spending our money.  Remember, it is our tax dollars they are spending not their own money.  It is easy to spend when the money does not come out of your pocket.  So, President Obama will get another blank check to continue his reckless spending.  Rep. Boehner only goes to show he is more interested in the 2014 election than the road to bankruptcy that this country is heading down.  As I have said repeatedly, it is not about the people, our constitution or our country, but is about getting yourself elected and as many other members of your party.  But most importantly, getting yourself elected.   The pubic be dammed, I will get mine and go screw yourself.   This applies to both parties.  Their interest is not what is good for the country, but what is good for them.  Remember that next election.  That is why you must support candidates that are not hand picked by the establishment from both parties, but a candidate that believes in our constitution as written not as some progressives like to think it is written. 

President Obama and the Prayer Breakfast

Last week President Obama spoke at the annual prayer breakfast and his topic focused on freedom to practice your religion.  Yet, while he criticized those countries that restrict religious freedoms and persecute members of religious groups, if you listened to his words carefully, you would fall off your chair in disbelief.  The first thought that would come to mind is the HHS mandate ordering religious organizations to provide insurance for abortion, birth control and other issues that are in conflict with numerous religions as well as forcing business to comply that is also in conflict with their morals and religious beliefs.   This president talks a good line, but does not really believe in what he preaches, but he loves to hear his oratory skills as he believes he continues to pull the wool over the eyes of American citizens.  Remember, as I have stated numerous times and this is just another example, that is to listen carefully to what this president says, but watch carefully to what he actually does.  It is not the same.  He preaches to the dumb and uninformed voters that do not have an original thought in their brain.  Unfortunately, that makes up about 50% of the voters.

Is our Constitution still Valid?

It seems we have an administration in Washington DC that does not believe that the our constitution, that they to an oath to protect, follow and defend, has any meaning to what their they wish to accomplish.  This is right out of Saul Alinsky Rules for Radicals, "the end justifies the means".  That is, do whatever you have to in order to accomplish the end result you want.  In this case, the Obama administration and their Marxist ideology, yes Marxist, is using the DOJ, IRS, EPA, NSA, OSHA and any other agency in order to go after their political opposition.  Something we always saw in countries run by dictators as well as Marxist, communism and socialist countries.   

When Pres. Obama mentioned bypassing Congress in his State of the Union address, even members of his own party gave him a standing ovation.  So therefore, is this the end of our Republic as this administration slowly takes control of all areas of government and force their ideology upon an entire nation?  Unless the clueless voters awaken and realize how their freedoms guaranteed under our constitution are slowly being removed, they will never get the opportunity to speak out.  Speak up or be forced into silence.   

Of course, except for a few republicans in the House and Senate, the rest of the establishment politicians are just as clueless and their only desire is to get elected to maintain their power and the public be dammed.  Unfortunately, we elected these dimwits and are now suffering the end result.  The 2014 election will either be the beginning of a resurgence of our Republic or we will witness our demise. 

Hypocrisy?

President Obama praises CVS Pharmacy stores for their announcement that they will end selling cigarettes by October 2014.  The president seemed to indicate the dangers associated with smoking.  However, he does not find a problem with smoking marijuana.  DUH.

I guess if he can get to keep most voters in a stupor by using marijuana, he can continue to fundamentally transform this country or what is better known to those in the know, a coup.   If you believe this president has the good of the country in mind, you better start using marijuana.  Remember, listen closely to what he say, but pay extremely close attention to what his administration does.  It is not the same.

Is 2014 our last election as we know them?

We have now seen the far left website Salon publish their reasons why communism is the way to go.  Now anyone with half a brain knows that communism, Marxism and socialism have all been failures throughout history wherever they have been tried.  But, we also know in our universities they teach that capitalism does not work and communism is the way and that all previous attempts at the form of government control failed because those people pushing this did it wrong and they have a better idea.   

That is why President Obama pushed to fundamentally transform our country and for those who are still dumb, this is what he was talking about.  That is why he continues to push the envelope on how far he can go on executive orders.  Now we know when he spoke about his pen at his State of the Union speech last week, he got a standing ovation from the democrats that should have scared anyone who still believes in our constitution.   

Our Founding Fathers knew it would be a difficult path to maintain the constitution they adopted and that is why they gave us three equal branches of government and the ability to amend the constitution to correct problems that may develop.  However, or unfortunately, one of the amendments that were manipulated into getting approval was the 17th amendment that gave direct election of Senators over being appointed by the state legislators.  This in essence removed control of Congress from the states to Washington DC.  Something to think about.  Now, outside groups through large sum of money can influence the election of Congressional Senators over the people of that state who elect their state representatives that formally had that control.  This caused the states to lose control over the federal government and the beginning of the end of our constitution.  Unless of course, we support a constitutional convention of states to begin taking our country back by passing amendments that force a balance budget, repeal the 17 amendment and impose term limits.  Something we know our congressional representatives will never approve.  But fortunately, our Founding Fathers knew better and constitutional amendments can only be approved by the states.  We need 34 states to call for a convention and 38 states to approve an amendment.  Congress and the executive branch cannot stop or override the states on amendments.   

So, why this administration uses the DOJ, IRS, EPA and other agencies to intimidate and threaten their opposition, it is We The People that must put an end to this dictatorship where government agencies are being used like history has shown us in the former Soviet Union, Cuba, Iron Curtain countries, Venezuela and lest we forget what Hitler ,Stalin and Mao did to their countries.   

So now is the time for We The People to either speak out or suffer what these people in government on both parties want us to be.  The coming of SERFDOM.  The choice is yours.  Do you want government to control your life or you to control your life decisions.  If unsure, history will give you the answer or you can remain dumb and clueless.  But if you do, one day you are going to wake up and realize the big mistake you made.   Then it will be too late, at least for approximately 75 years which is usually the length of time that these form of governments control their people. 

The Real Culprit

Well, it has taken 5 years but we finally have found out the reason for all the Obama administration scandals. During these 5 years we have witnessed, Fast and Furious, Benghazi, NSA, IRS and AP and in viewing the Bill O'Reilly interview of President Obama, all this administration problems and scandals are due to Fox News.  It appears, listening to Obama, Fox News has been responsible for running guns to Mexico, instituting spying on the American citizens, reviewing IRS returns for conservative groups and targeting news reporters.  It is nice to know and we can all sleep soundly that this lawless administration is not responsible for anything that happens.
